Runny milkshake and inexperienced customer service. After I ordered my milkshake and drove to the pay counter, I was asked what I ordered yet again, which is fine, but what they gave me was a runny mess...it was basically chocolate milk - not a shake. I kindly asked if they would remake the shake to be thicker Instead of watery and I offered to pull aside. Waited 10 minutes and they brought me the same thing. Why didnt they add less milk? Did they give me the wrong thing? The girl who brought it put had no information. She said: "Im just the messenger". I guess it would have been too much to ask so a lady can have a decent $6 shake. Oh how I miss Blue Bell.
