WOW! I am here at work and found this option of chines food. I put in an order food one meal and that brought me something totally different! I called back to back for an answer and got nothing for ten minutes. I finally got an answer and spoke with a young woman who rushed me off the phone. I explained to her that i ordered something different from what I received and she asked if I could just eat it for now!!! I said are you serious! She stated that she would give me a credit for next time! Finally she said she would be able to bring it in an hour and hung up on me. This is one of the worst restaurants in downtown Dallas!! Jenny is the manager and she SHOULD be fired!! Never eat here!

Tasted like pretty good Chinese food everything was clean and the people were friendly I dont mind paying a few dollars more on what I would have to pay at egg roll hut and having to drive a little farther to get to eat this Chinese food daily. When I used to go to the average cheap Chinese places like egg roll hut on Columbia I always get shitty service and my food always tasted like ass most the time not to mention how dirty the whole place was but I felt like it was my only option since it was the only thing close to me but when I got to try out this place it blew my mind I would eat here when ever I was in the mood for cheap Chinese places.

I ordered food from here last night. The younger girl at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. I ordered two dinners of orange chicken, pot stickers, and a soup. In one of my orange chicken dinners there was the BIGGEST NASTY BLACK HAIR wrapped around and through two of my pieces of chicken. They were strung together like a necklace. Then the hot and sour soup was thick and clumpy like it was reheated multiple times. I was so disgusted and went to bed hungry. I will never spend my money here again unless they start wearing hairnets which they dont use in the kitchen. BEWARE! :/

The service was friendly and fast. I tried the beef w/bamboo, portion was fine for the price. It was satisfying. The lemon chicken was not fried in tempura batter. It was served as a hard fried chicken breast with what may have been panko bread crumbs. I poured the watery lemon sauce on top of it but it really didnt help the dish. I did not like the hard fry of the chicken or the bland taste of the fried rice or runny lemon sauce. The egg rolls are just ok. It wasnt horrible but I wouldnt spend my money here again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This restaurant gave my girlfriend and I both FOOD POISONING!! Worse than just making us both very sick I called the restaurant to prevent others falling victim (I assume it was by accident) and they told me to call the manager tomorrow but refused to give me the managers name and when I asked how I was possible they didnt know their managers name, they hung up on me. There are plenty of better places in the area with food that is properly cooked. Dont go near this one.

The sesame and orange chicken here are delicious. Staff is friendly and their delivery time is very reasonable. Hard to find a good spot in the area that isnt over priced. Theyve been around for a very long time and recently moved to a new location. Google list it as having a buffet but the restaurant website is updated. Cant really blame the restaurant for something that Google wont update so Im not sure if the negative reviews for that are warranted.

Dear God this place is good. Ive been to other Chinese restaurants in Dallas and this is my favorite. Their Sesame Beef is the best sesame anything that Ive ever had. The sauce is thick, not runny, which makes it just right. My new problem is I now live within delivery distance. Ill never save money now. Haha. Seriously though, they have excellent food and great service. Always say hi to Alice when you go.

So I just order food, I meet the guy in the lobby of my building. I sign the ticket, put zero in the top space. Only because I was about to give him the $5 in my pocket. As I reach in my pocket he says...." WHAT NO TOP, U NOT LIKE ME SERVICE. No everyones looking and laughing, I continue to pull out the $5. And he says oh Im sorry. Where do they beg for tips at, he was wrong.

I called and asked them if they could deliver (the place is 6 minutes from the place I ordered it) and they told me it would take a whole hour to cook and deliver my food. Ive had many other places cook and deliver my food within 30 minutes. She stated that Chinese food takes more time to cook, but other places will deliver WAY faster than that place.

I asked for $2 extra chicken with my takeout order of Moo Goo Gai Pan BUT the extra chicken was NOT included with my order. Its now twice that this has happened but they do correct their mistake when telephoned and add the extra chicken to the next order. The food is great but they should do something so that this doesnt happen again.

NO BUFFET - but lunch was great. If you click on this place from Google maps it says "all you can eat buffet" - this is simply untrue - there isnt room for a buffet even if they wanted one. But lunch was great, generous portions, fairly priced, and quick service. I would go back.

I was new to the area and found this place while driving the block. The service was good, but the food is terrible! The food had such artificial color and no real flavor. Youd be better off driving a few minutes to Lemmon and Inwood to eat at Ming Place Chinese Bistro.

My friends told me to try eating there, and it was absolutely disgusting. Just save yourself the trauma & go eat at Asian City. I had the General Tsos and it looked like they had just pressed chicken scraps together with the batter. 100% not worth the $9 I spent.

Am I in the wrong place? Says Szechuan on the menu bit theres no buffet here! Its lunch so maybe they set one up for dinner, but its awful small in here to do that. Szechuan beef is good, soup is good and so is the egg roll, bit I wanted buffet!!

It is a family owned restaurant that we have been going to for over 15 years. They have moved down to the corner of the same building, but it hasnt changed. The food is the best in Dallas, maybe in the entire country!!!! Absolutely the best!

The most horrible Chinese food I have ever had in 57 years! I had it delivered to the Sheraton, was charged more than the menu price and the food was really bad. Even the teens wouldnt eat it. 67.00 worth of tasteless garbage!
