I would like to say I used order from this place every once in a while, they were decent, until a recent incident with them. We ordered food from them for 12 pm ( lunch break), the food was delivered, and tasted like day old food. We called to get a refund or re-order, no refund of course, and they wouldnt replace my order because I had ate most of the rice( not the main entree) go figure. They were not pleased with the complaint, stating that they had just cooked the food. Eventually they agreed to replace only 1 of our orders, so my co worker got hers replaced, she shared her freshly cooked food, with 3 of us, the food was initially good. However, all 3 of us were sick to our stomach within an hour of consuming the food. I didnt know that type of stomach pain existed!!!! OMG!!!! But, I found that kind of ironic for all 3 of us would be sick after getting food from them that was replaced. Needless to say, we are NEVER ordering from them again. I cant speak for anyone elses opinion of them, this is just my recent experience with them, eat at your own risk.

****FOOD IS HORRIBLE ***** Ordered the sesame chicken and was extremely disappointed. I placed my order at 11am and did not receive it until 12pm. Aside from my order being cold, this was the most flavorless chicken I have ever eaten. There was almost no sauce and the chicken was hard as if it was left out over night. When I called to have my order replaced I was told I need to ask for sauce next time??? She then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manger or owner and she said they dont have one but the delivery guy would come back for my order and she hung up again. When the delivery guy came back I asked who that was and he said his mom. I asked him if they usually just hang up on people and he said yes, if they are busy. I asked him for the owners information and he said it was his dad... clearly bad customer runs in the family. I will NEVER eat here again. The food is disgusting and the owners/ delivery boy are unprofessional and rude. Not even an apology...

My first experience ever with this particular establishment and I must say it was quite pleasant. I was able to call in and order while asking additional questions about items not on the menu I found on their website. The lady on the phone was kind and helpful. The delivery driver called when outside to verify, and was very well mannered as well. The food at first glance looked amazing until I got to my chicken lo mein. Its was made with what look like spaghetti noodles but despite the appearance the flavor was totally there. I also ordered the Golden Sesame Chicken and it is delicious but not the flavor of typical back home chinese food. I will order again in the near future the brown rice was very well cooked and has led me to want to try the chicken fried rice and egg drop soup....Till we meet again 4 stars will have to suffice

Been going here for years, its close to my work... the food and atmosphere has been good and the portions good also for the lunch pricing... Sadly I fear the place is going down hill in consideration to the quality and freshness of food... this is about the 3rd time the flavor of the meat seemed "tangy" like it was about to spoil very soon if not already. (Broccoli Chicken) (Shrimp last time) I never post negative posts but hopefully the management will harken to the review...make changes and it would get back to one of the lunch locations we can frequent again... as of today, Im not sure we will go back. :/ If you are stuck for Chinese food it might be better to plan a little extra travel time to some place else....

Whenever were in the mood for Asian cuisine, this is the only place well go. The restaurant is far from fancy in its decor, but youre not there to eat the scenery. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food is always delicious. Ive yet to try anything on the menu that wasnt delicious. Often well have the General Chings Chicken (think General Tsos with broccoli), beef lo mein and/or crispy beef. Whatever you have, you should order an egg roll if for no other reason than to get the bread that comes with it. Id like to see a noodle making demonstration. Havent had the time to arrange one yet.

I was bit turned when the lady (looks to be much older if not the oldest in the place) at the counter kept rubbing her nose. I was praying she would not be the one going to get ( bought to go order) and handing me my food. I watched her and she wasnt thank God but that was definitely a turn off. Another lady who was waiting the tables brought my food. The egg roll was good and my shrimp fried rice was good as well but the rice wasnt fried as good I would prefer. Ill only go back if that lady is not working or touching my food.

My business is located nearby. I have eaten at the restaurant a few times and have enjoyed the food and the service was very good. The place appeared to be clean and taken care of. I have had their food delivered to my business several times. Its always hot and plenty of food provided. In fact, I typically get two meals out of it and Im a big eater. Prices are great. Give em a try

I got the Pu Pu Platter and Golden Sesame Chicken since I didnt know what was going to be good there because I was in Dallas for business. Platter wasnt bad,egg rolls and crab/cream cheese wantons were the only decent items. The Golden Sesame Chicken was awful. It was very bland, I only only eat 4 pieces before deciding enough was enough. Had to go somewhere else to get dinner.

Chinese food cooked to order. A lot of Chinese restaurants Ive been to argue with me when I order lo mein instead of rice, because the purveyors insist it does not go. Not the case with Royal Wok. They also substitute veggies in dishes, which is great for me, because I have digestive issues with broccoli. I recommend orange chicken with snow pea pods and lo mein noodles.

This food was pretty good. The women workers was very nice and greeted us with big smiles. My wife and I ordered beef and Broccoli and combination lo mein off the lunch menu and it was very affordable and tasty as well. They have a lot of competition in their shopping center and they definitively defend there Chinese royalty. Will be back to visit them very soon! :)

Jambong (seafood soup) and jajamyung (black bean noodles) are amazing here. This restaurant has been in Dallas Ktown for more than 15 years and there is a lady there who has worked there for over 10 years. She knows chinese, english, and korean and she is always there. One of the best authentic Chinese restaurants in the metroplex.

I dont believe the chicken is actual chicken. I ordered Chicken wings and the fat on the wings were clumpy like cottage cheese. The pieces were not shaped like a flat nor a drumstick. I think I just ate some other kind of animal. The chicken fried rice is very bland. I will not be eating here again. I think I need to throw up now.
