Amazing, authentic Chinese food. There are a ton of items to choose from on the menu to suit any tastes, but I thought I would mention a few that Ive had that are phenomenal and keep me coming back, despite the long drive from my office. Its important to note that these are by no means the healthiest dishes, but they are delicious: - Sesame Chicken -- Larger pieces than most restaurants, perfectly cooked and tender - Sweet and Sour Pork -- Not a usual order of mine at most Chinese restaurants, but here it is fried and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, and the sauce is a treat for the taste buds - Combination Pan Fried Noodle (hold the squid) -- While I prefer it without the squid, this is the single dish that by itself could keep me coming back every day. The pan fried noodles are served with a brown sauce and topped with chicken, shrimp, and I believe beef, as well as bok choy. The noodles in the brown sauce are soft and flavorful, while the high piled noodles not resting in the sauce are crispy. The combination of textures with the great taste makes this dish fantastic. - BBQ Pork Fried Rice -- Yes, a normal order at many Chinese restaurants, but the quality of their BBQ Pork and the flavor of this dish as a whole sets it apart. Highly recommended!! Do not expect PF Changs style food, this is different.

There are a few of these around the Dallas Metroplex and Ive been to maybe four of them. They all accept cash only and have a window display for roasted pork, bbq pork, chickens, and duck. Window food quality depends on the day and time you get your food - it can be on display the entire day and sometimes the cuts of the entire roasted pig on display can be very fatty/lean (or dry) depending on where the cuts are at the time. This particular location wasnt as busy as the others one are. The ordered food (cooked in the back) was of good quality and didnt take too much time. The food is more Chinese style than American but still distinctly Chinese-American food. The window food was excellent with good cuts of pork and duck. I highly recommend the duck, its a little pricey but fantastically prepared. As an Addisonite there are few Chinese places worth heading out to and the short trip to Carrolton is well worth it.

We usually go there because we like the way they cook. Its not a fancy place but we enjoyed the food. Yesterday we had a horrible experience which made us think NEVER return there again. They have a Peruvian Chinese menu, so as soon as we got there we were told the cook was not working, anyway we decided to have regular dishes, then a very RUDE and IGNORANT waitress shouted at us "no food" and making gestures with her hands to go away. The only thing I heard from the cashier (not from that woman) was "I am sorry". So next time you try to go there think it twice and look for another place!

Something has changed here--and for the worst. This used to be our go-to place for black cod in black bean sauce. Last nights offering (it is one of the most expensive dishes at $19) was disappointing. The fish was cooked in oil that tasted stale and unappetizing--the bean sauce was glutinous with little flavor. Lots of big boney bits in our serving. Our spicy eggplant with pork tasted bland and looked like a stewed mess. The eggplant was flavorless and the pork looked like left-overs from another dish. We didnt finish it.

Do not go to this place. If you order to-go, they will pack you the food that they wanted to dump in the trash, hoping that it will be too inconvenient for you to drive back to get it fixed. The food was the wrong order and it tasted horrible. The roast duck was black in color, the roast pork stink so bad. When i called them, they insisted that it was what i ordered. I will never go back to this place again! If youre looking for bad service and terrible food, you can go try this place.

Hands down, this is the one of the best Chinese restaurants. Those that dont care for it, dont like authentic Chinese foods. Go to Hong Kong and back, youll see why this is great Chinese food. One thing, they dont take credit cards so dont get pissed because you dont have any cash. Get cash and come back. Foodies, its a hole in the wall and not much for atmosphere, but we know great food when we eat it. Yum.

I have to disagree with recent reviews. Under the new management, the interior has been updated and it looks much nicer and brighter. The food portion is just as big for very reasonable price and I liked everything I order (Combination Lo Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, and Wonton Soup). Service is decent for a no-frill Chinese food place. Ill be coming back.

We ordered three items and while two of the items came out fine the last item was very disappointing. Our orange beef was undercooked and very red in the middle. When we sent it back all they did was recook the raw meat. Know how we knew? The dish came back darker and smelled charred. Youre better off going to the location in Arlington.

Food: 3 Decor: 2 Service: 2 I came here with two friends for lunch. 1. Roast duck So-so. Didnt have too much meat, and it wasnt as good as some other roast ducks Ive had. 2. BBQ Pork Pretty good. 3. Crispy noodles So-so. Too many noodles, and we barely ate a quarter of it. 4. Water spinach Not bad. Rice came with the dishes.

Best place for Chinese food! They have a lot of branches I remember one in: Arlington, Haltom City, Carrollton, Garland, and I think somewhere else. If you love orange chicken, this is the place to die for. I ALWAYS (no exaggeration) get the wonton soup... *drool!*

I was worried for a while here. I couldnt understand a word our waitress was saying. Then she told me there was "lice" on the table as she pointed to our steamed rice, and I cheered up. The food was good; but the roast duck was amazing.

Very good roasted and BBQ pork. Fresh and authentic, was brought here by a co-worker who said this is where the Asians go. I guess if you want good Asian food thats a great point go where they go.

Was greeted right away. Waitress took our drink order then after returning with drink, asked if were ready to order. I was intrigued by the way she wrote our order. It was in Chinese..

Great food, but the lady working the counter during the day is terrible. I have ordered the exact same dish 3 times from her and received 3 different dishes.

Roasted Duck was some of the worst material Ive ever consumed hard to call it food/ingredients. Only thing edible in my dish was the steamed rice
