Usually we go the the pei wei on forest at preston in North Dallas...wish I had of driven the extra 15 minutes to them after getting food from here. Dont get me wrong, I absolutely love pei wei and usually their food but when I spend $40 I expect the food to at least be editable! We got the Mongolian "steak". I question how they can call it steak because you couldnt really chew it. The meat was fatty and tough...thats going in the trash. My dog wouldnt even eat it...and hell eat just about anything that is placed in front of him. Also, we got the teriyaki chicken. It was dry and missing the sauce, you know the very thing that makes it teriyaki chicken. I dont tally know how you can forget that, but they did. The pot stickers were okay, kind of bland and not really worth what they charge. Not sure if thats how they typically are because Ive never gotten those before and I most likely will not be getting them again. The mango California roll was decent. And lastly the pad thai. I always get this dish and I always order it the exact same way. Chicken with the veggies and tofu. Its spicy and super delicious... Just not at this location! Im pretty sure they forgot the sauce on it too. There is no spice and that wonderful flavor that come along with it. However this seems to be the most editable of the entrees sadly enough. Usually I dont write bad reviews...places have bad nights, get new cooks that need to be trained, are short staffed, ect. Usually I bring stuff like thisb to the managers attention but when we called ans spoke with the manager, all he pretty much said was okay well Ive only been here for 3 days so this isnt my fault/problem. WRONG ANSWER! I spend money at your establishment and had plans in spending money there in the future as your location is much closer to me; however if you cant be bothered then neither can I and youve lost my business and the $40 I spend almost every time I go to pei wei to my dinner for my family. I will not be going back to this pei wei location anytime soon. My money is hard earned and when I spend it its where I choose and that is not here.

I just found out that I can order online and go pick it up. It is super easy and quick, and I really love their food. I ordered sushi for the first time the other day since its fairly new to the menu, and it was pretty good. The roll was nice and tight, so it stayed together when picking it up with the chopsticks. I was skeptical about mango in a California roll, but it was really quite nice and added a sweet note that went well with the crab.

I like this place. I work in the area and they are fast, efficient and taste the same as any other Pw. My only thing is I ordered soup when I was under the weather and it was luke warm. Other then that every other meal was fantastic :-)

Disappointed with this Pei Wei. I love Pei Wei, but this one sucks! Ordered Honey Seared Steak and the meat was chewy like a piece of rubber, the rice hard and over cooked and definitely not tasty. Never coming back to this Pei Wei.

The food is excellent. The store is clean and up to date. The service is fast and courteous. The parking is convenient. I personally enjoyed the teriyaki chicken with white rice. I very much enjoyed my entire experience here

Well usually we go to Preston and NW. But decided to try new one and got ripped. The steak in both our meals was pretty rare and very chewy. Wasted $20 not going back to that one

Everyone gets to eat off their own plate. Windows are clean enough to see out. Chairs keep you from falling at the table. Good place!
