This place saved our hungry ass lives on christmas day! We stumbled upon this place while looking for any open restaurants in that area. While it may look like a shady place from the outside, but their food is A1. The best mexican food I had so far. The servers were very friendly and nice. Only downside? they dont accept credit/debit. only cash, but thats worth the amazing food they serve you.

I came here because the Popeyes across the street was closed, and I had tine for a sit-diwn meal. Went for the Salvadoran platter because I wanted something different. Loved the plantains, chicken tamales, pupusas, and black beans. They also have this extremely good HOMEMADE spicy coleslaw thats like kimchi but not fermented. Definitely a hidden gem. Would recommend to visitors.

I come here for both breakfast and dinner. The food is tasty, plentiful and inexpensive, the staff are friendly, its a nice neighborhood restaurant. I like the mix of Mexican and Salvadorian food, too.
