Came to the restaurant with my family for a late birthday dinner and was turned away. I will not ever come back! When i walked in with my family, i was told that the time on the door was wrong and they closed in 45 min, so I could only take it to go. They stated that the time on yhe door and online was wrong. Typically, restaurants honor their patrons. I will kindly take my 100 plus dollars,that I would have spent and utilize my funds elsewhere. When my sister asked why, they sd its not safe.someone was killed next door. Well damn, I guess, Ido not need to be over here either! Although I have been a patron of Boston Market (practically next door) for years and NEVER had anything but superb snd excellent service!

They worst experience we were still eating and the staff turned the lights off on us told my family to hurry and pay the bill they were ready to go home. When advised this wasnt good customer service they proceeded to try to fight my family and in front of my 3 year old. Even the cooks baby mama came from out of her car baby on hip trying to fight and she didnt even work there. Ill never go there again. No class. We would never receive that type of treatment at a Pappas establishment or say Boiling crab or even Shell shack. Those places will always get my money. Rocking Crab No Bueno

Service was horrible! Walked in and almost every table that was not occupied was dirty. Waited 1 hour for food then they didnt bring me a crab cracker and when I asked for one they said they didnt have any more they were all dirty! Then took one off a dirty table, washed it and gave it to me. One waitress was in Nike slides and sweats!! They had no forks only spoons and knives because they "ran out" horrible horrible horrible place!!!!

YASSSSSSS I have found heaven in that GUMBO I dont know what they put in that pot but me and MY 2YR old loves it every OTHER DAY I have to have ROCKING CRAB GUMBO ITS TO DIE FOR...and the service is wonderful everyone greets you with a smile and waits on your every need its a very good place to take the family for a night of crab cracking,gumbo eating,AND FUN

I thought to myself something near similar to the "boiling crab". Boy i was wrong this food is no where near as good. The seasoning is way off and not very good. Shrimp are small and the service is not very good at all. If you want good crab, shrimp, oysters, crawfish, and clams go to the boiling crab. Its worth the drive and the wait!!

The entire company sucks....if you knew what really went on in the kitchen, I doubt youd continue to eat the food....the manager sleeps in the back of the kitchen, he washes up.in the public bathroom...he drops food and throws it back into the fryer or pot....smh, just.nasty!!!

Really its a 4.5. the sauce is good. Waaaaayyyyy better than Shell Shack. The prices are really good as well. The combos are fair. (Even tho I dont think the crab legs are truly weighed) thats why I take half a star away. I eat here all the time and Im still not tired of it.

It was all good I was even going there every week, until they switched to new management and they had a cook wearing a hospital wrist band for a whole week which is disgusting no hair nets for the employees or nothing. I wont be going there anymore.

Today 2/28/16 I stumbled upon this great ducked off spot. Food was great! Shrimp , crab legs and crawfish! The price was great and the portion was even greater! Only thing missing is liquor...but the beer will do for now...This is my new spot.

I went with My Niece for the first time && went back a couple weeks later!! The Lady at the register is Sweet && Friendly && the food is AMAZING! Boiling Crab && Shell Shack are no more, this food is Three good && the prices are even better!

Its was good and deserves another visit! Its not The Boiling Crab but the potential, effort and convenience are there to be seen. I recommend that anyone interested should visit and see for yourself. I dont think you will be disappointed

Better than Joes. I had the snow crab and shrimp (mild, cajun) very good. A little pricey for the quantity, but the best crab legs Ive had since moving from Memphis!
