I first ate Potbelly the last time I was in Washington, DC, which was years ago. When I came across Potbelly here in Dallas while on vacation, I just had to stop and eat here. The food tastes just the same way I remember it and the smoothie was tasteful and thick. The smoothie was not ready when I paid for my meal, but the clerk told me to go ahead and sit down at a table and that she would bring me the smoothie once it was ready, which only took about three minutes. If you want a great sandwich, eat here.

I love this Potbellys. I order here all the time. We often time use them for big orders when we bring in lunch for our clients. I place the order ahead of time and pick it up and usually call to confirm. The one time I didnt call, the order hadnt printed. When I got there and realized what happened I told them I was on a time crunch and they prepared all 15 sandwiches, chips and cookies within 15 minutes. It was awesome. Very thankful for their hussle and very impressed with their team work.

Food is fantastic! I always get the "skinny pair", a lean sandwich with a small cup of soup. I have no idea what they are doing with these ingredients, but I suspect magic. Regardless, the result is amazing sandwiches. Bonus: They have old style Big Red with real sugar. Win. Decor is nice and areas are clean. Service is spot on. If the lines get long they start taking orders from in the line. They actually even engage you in real conversation. What a concept!

I usually have a good experience but today a cashier I havent seen before was very upbeat and nice to the 2 white ladies in front of me. When she was done ringing them up she told them to have a great day and smiled. But with me, the only 2 sentences she said was "your total is $6.85" and "here u go" when handing me back my card, no greeting or eye contact or anything. Wont be coming back to somewhere I dont feel welcomed.

My company has been using this potbellys for years and that should speak for itself. But the employees are very kind and helpful. Jonathan, the delivery guy is super helpful. I wish I could remember the day managers name, because she is willing to bend over backwards to help the customer.

Love this place, its a lot better than Subway. Friendly staff always eager to help. Always come here for lunch and its super fast for the amount of people that are here at the time. Restrooms are clean but it is only for one person at a time so make sure you go before coming here

Being from Chicago Im kinda biased. But this is a GREAT place to get a sandwich. I get a turkey and swiss with everything - the giardiniera really adds a good crunch to the sandwich. And if youve never ordered a shake here, youre missing out.
