My co-worker mentioned this sandwich shop so I was excited to check it out. The first employee I encountered barked at me - first time there so I had no idea what he was saying so I asked and he barked the same thing three times. I had already checked menu and knew what I wanted to try but I dont like rude service. I asked him if I should leave and he barked some more, so I left. Ill never know if food is any good because service is horrible and Im not going to give money to a company that employs people like him.

Im not really sure if the employees get trained before they actually start working there because this is the 4th time that Im coming there and every time its a guessing game how many neat they should put on the sandwich or cheese. And its always the manager thats very very rude saying that he knows best and every single time I prove him/them wrong by telling him to get the measurements that they have of how many slices of meat should be in a sandwich. Disappointing.

Good Sandwiches, Not Consistent with the ingredient portions though, some employees are a bit stingy especially with the meat portions, I’m a Carnivore! Not a Girly Man! I Want Meat! Don’t be Stingy! That being said... I do still go there because the sandwiches are good and they’re friendly, I just have to step in every now and again and tell’em not to be stingy

I love potbelly sanwiches. Its always fresh and delicious and service is always decent. This location has a drive through that I frequent and the service is fast as I could hope for and food is pretty dang consistent. I will continue to visit this location as long as it keeps it up.

A great shop for sandwiches and the elusive oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. They also carry Zapps chips, a good beverage selection, and even serve salads and shakes. They used to have excellent buffalo chicken mac, but they discontinued it for whatever reason.

The person working the drive thru was incompetent or distracted, even after correcting her on our order, it was still wrong. Have never had a complaint about them, they are usually our favorite lunch stop but not if this happens again.

i like potbelly, but somehow every time i come to this location they manage to get my order wrong. i get that some times they are busy and its hard to keep up with orders but they shouldnt give me the wrong order every single time.

The staff here recently went through some turnover and the new folks are amazing. Its as if they kept the good folks and got rid of the bad. Im so disappointed Im moving to a new job further away from here.
