I had a terrible experience here. I ordered online at 11:07 am for a noon pickup, as did 2 other coworkers. I waited in line once I arrived, because only one person was working the cash register for both to go orders and those standing in line. It was 12:10 before I was helped, and I was shocked to see the three order sheets sitting on the counter - they hadnt even started them yet. The one cashier then took a phone call and my patience began to fray. When he finally hung up, I asked very calmly: "What is the purpose of ordering and paying online then choosing a pickup time if you dont even start the order until after the customer arrives?" And this guy literally rolled his eyes and turned around and walked away without a word. I was not rude to him, I asked a legitimate question and his "response" was completely unacceptable. I will think REALLY hard before I order from here again, for myself or my office.

Potbelly sandwiches put all other sandwich places to shame! I had the Turkey Fresco with everything on it and added bacon. Omg!! So good. The bread was nicely toasted, the veggies were fresh and that basil mayo will make your mouth water. I went around noon and it gets real busy but they move quick. A little pricey but the quality and ingredients make it totally worth it.

My wife and I eat at the Potbelly in Addison, TX off Beltline - great sandwiches and shakes! I recommend the "wreck" or pepperoni sandwich. If you like chocolatey chocolate shakes, be sure to request chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup - yum. Also, the service is usually excellent.

Love me some Potbelly! I usually eat lunch late since I work nights and there is usually only one guy working the whole shop. However, he is very cordial and acknowledges you right away. I dont mind waiting a few extra minutes for there sandwiches.

This potbelly is great at keeping the line moving and my sandwich always comes out put together will (I hate when everything falls out after the first bite). The staff is friendly and some after hilariously quirky.

Always a good hour sandwich though they missed an ingredient I asked for this time. Short people beware of the very tall counters which make it to where they cant see the sandwich as it is being prepared.
