Only reason I have 1 star because the sandwhich was the only positive experience I had at this location. The staff was extremely rude ; upon entrance I didnt get acknowledged and the two girls where laughing loudly and obnoxiously and speaking in Spanish It was about 2 minutes until they said hello to me. (While I waited for my sandwhich the two girls continued their loud chatter and continued to laugh. After I received my sandwhich I began to eat it and half way through it they announce to me that they where closing(they waited till I ate more than half my sandwhich to let me know they were about to close ). I felt like I was getting kicked out! Awful experience never want to eat here again

The sandwiches are delicious! But if you order your sandwich make sure you order IN the store. Me and husband had to hurry and grab something to eat before heading out to run errands and we ordered online. On the road me and husband noticed we did not get the extra avocado, the extra meat that we paid EXTRA for nor my dressing. I was very disappointed since I picked everything we wanted on the app. We will go inside and order for now on.

Lewisville, Tx location- I got the turkey with cranberry and stuffing w/ extra cranberry sauce. 1. They added huge hunks of cranberry sauce, the equivalent to half a can on my sandwich. Not spread on but large spoonfuls globed on the meat lacking sandwich. It was so soggy the bread fell apart. 2 Pulled a hair out of my mouth and out of the sandwich. Disgusting! I wont come back, dont worry.

I ordered my food at 730 through grub hub. The manager waited until 815 to cancel my order with them. By then it was too late to order from another place for delivery. I work in a hospital and we order food all the time. I will be letting everyone know not to order from here. Who throws away a 40 dollar order when they are less than 3 miles away. Very bad business.

My experience would have been better had it not been for the rude staff. My wife and I typically enjoy trying out places and we were in a very pleasent mood, said nothing nor did anything inappropriate to deserve the attitude of those behind the counter. Food was good but poor service can make it very difficult for me to recommend this to anyone.

I always get turkey which Always great. Their bread has a really nice soft fresh texture, as well....I only eat wheat bread. I had scored them five until todays visit.....made to go sand2hich wrong....she left of what comes automatically and only put the add one instead so irritating when u have to go back with to go order for do over

Id never been to a Wich Wich, until today. When I walked in, it was as if I were invisible, even after making I contact with the rude employee. I decided to leave. So Ive still never had a Wich Wich sandwich. Customer service training might save a business!

This place makes good food if the help is right. This place is run by high schoolers and service is hit or miss. Ive got wrong or missing orders. Get this.. They close 7:30 so they can leave by 8pm but their closing time is 8pm
