First time going with two other people, costumer service was awful. Manager and employee did our order for 3 subs, they acted like they hated their jobs. All the manager wanted to do was take count and was rude when asked a question, and the employee acted like we were an inconvenient to her with our questions. First time for us three so of course we had a few, and when it came to veggies when we asked for something she threw her hand up to the sign on the wall and said this is all we have what do you want on it and the manager was extremely rude when ringing us up so I rate 2 stars, only because the food was good. I usually dont do reviews but Ive never had such awful costumer service.

I cant believe the experience I had here! The sandwhich was pretty good...but the service we received was enough for me to write a review (which I never do!) We got there at about 8:50 and they closed at 9:00. However, we went on in and they seemed happy to see us. We told them it was our first time there and they explained the menu and the guy helping us actually told us his favorites and the most popular meals. Then Jason, the manager, checked us out. He couldnt have been any nicer. He took his time with us, made small talk, and even gave us some free cookies for our first visit. Im definitely a believer now!

Might have to wait in line for a couple of minutes during lunch hour, but nothing crazy. This has become one of my favorite places to go because its almost always empty, meaning you can eat your sandwich in peace. They play music inside, but its not deafening. If youre a fan of white noise, you can hear the fan/oven running while you eat (which can be incredibly soothing to a crazy work day). The sandwiches here are super delicious. Their competition doesnt even come close.
