Very slow service from the beginning. Sandwich was made incorrectly and the lettuce was not washed thoroughly. It took 20 minutes to get my food and I had to go back and remind them about the shake. I mentioned the amount of time to the young lady and she replied "Yah, I know" and rolled her eyes. She tossed open the lid to the freezer where the ice cream is kept, and was very abrupt with a co-worker who came into her area. Her attitude persisted as she tossed the incorrectly made (not even blended) shake down at the drop off station. I will continue to eat WW sandwiches....but never at this location again!

I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even asked what I wanted and when they did I informed them it was my first time. They looked at me and asked for my bag which I didnt know what that meant then just walked away again. Horrible location.

I had a better than normal experience here. I was able to walk up, create my order, pay and it was ready within 5-6 minutes. I will definitely return here for the quick lunch service.

The cashier man is rude and gross and manger is ignorant and does not help at all, cashier is mean with kids. WORST EXPIRENCE EVER
