Extremely disappointed. We ordered food through UberEATS and half of our order was missing! And the half that was there was wrong. When we called the store and spoke with the manager he didnt help us at all and said we could come get our missing things, but why would we when we ordered DELIVERY! Used to love this place but after the horrible service Im never going back.

Save your money. The person who took my order smelled like weed and asked me questions I just answered. After that I didnt have much hope. Low and behold the sandwich was a sloppy mess. staff kept watching me (most likely to see if I was going to complain) and I didnt appreciate it. I am a big fan of Firehouse subs. This location is fast and friendly. The only thing I sometimes wonder about is the amount of smoke in the restaurant due to the cooking of the hot sandwiches. I come here over and over again. If you have not tried ordering your sandwich online before you go, this is a great way to save yourself a little time.

Ive never had a bad sandwich here. The bread is always perfectly toasted, meats are cooked until savory, with the vegetables crisp, cold, and fresh. This place is legit. The staff is always super nice too, if they walk by and notice youre done eating theyll pick up the trash for you, which is just some A+ service. Very cool lunch spot

I frequent this place and every single time they take 10 minutes to fix a sandwich. Its a sandwich. What can possibly take so long. Are they growing the lettuce ? Same experience the last 4 times Ive been here. People sitting next to me same issue. 4 employees behind counter. What are they doing ?

They recognize me and pretty much know my order Im there so often. They are big, full of flavor and something about the combo of their meat and condiments is delicious. Would definitely reccomend coming in. I always get the same thing, the NY Steamer because it is so good!!

Really great subs. The "combo" here is a bag of chips & a fountain drink. It seems like they steam the subs to heat them instead of toasting them. I dont mind it but I like toasting better because it makes the subs more crispy. The meats are really great though.

6 inch Italian sub. Ham, Pepperoni and Salami. At least thats what they told me. All three meats tasted like baloney. Cheap baloney. Note I was hungry and I still didnt like it.

I went here for takeout lunch. The sandwich was great, the portion size was fairly good, and the price was average/expected. I love the selection of hot sauces at the counter.
