This is the 3rd and final "issue" Ive had with this store thus I will never return.The final straw was when I brought in the free cookie coupon codes (5) and the person that greeted me didnt know what to do so he asked the "manager". The manager was sitting behind the wall where the freezer is talking to him and me until I asked him why he was behind the wall.He stated I could only use one coupon at a time. I asked why and he said "because thats how we do it". I asked why that was not stated anywhere on the receipt was told "I dont know but thats how we did it. Every store is different". I asked if I could leave and come back and was told Id have to buy something. I explained I have returned more than one receipt at several nearby Subways and was told I could try them because this one does not do that. I visit Subway several times a week. So much I have over 200 points accumulated within a 2 week time frame so I am pretty sure I am aware of how to use my coupons. This store does not honor any form of military discount, they are constantly out of bread, and the cookies are hard. I will not be returning based on all of these things plus the poor customer service. I do not know if the man felt his title of "manager" made him a big deal but its just a title to me and the way he spoke telling me I could go to another store really solidified my disdain for this location.

The bread was kinda flat but my $13 super customized sandwich, which I always get, was pretty good. Jacob did well with the portions, I just like my sandwich fat so I requested more. He didnt mind and was nice. Good overall service: sooo I gave this location five stars.

These people are sandwich MASTERS! Never had an issue here, always love coming by and getting a super custom sandwich! They take sandwiches seriously and make it into an art!
