Be very careful about ordering online with this establishment as theyll often revert to making a pizza in the "default" manner even if you specified a custom order. Only after I printed my online order out m and physically showed it to the individual did they reluctantly re-make my pizza. This has happened multiple times now with the ultimate cheese lovers pizza (They use red sauce verses Alfredo even if I specifically request Alfredo.) This establishment also locks their doors at 8 PM, requiring everyone to go through the drive-thru verses walking inside to pick up the pizza. There is a great male manager at this location, but every-time he is off shift the high-school aged staff run the show. Need I say more?

2hrs before they close they try to stop taking orders, so I hung up and ordered online. The young lady that was answering the phone sounded like she hated her job, and answered by saying "we are not taking any more orders." Dominos has snobby people with attitudes but Pizza Hut staff tops them, and there pizza was terrible it tasted like Little Ceasers. Pizza Inn and Papa Johns are on the same road, take you hard earned money over there, or if you dont mind a driving a little bit go to Dominos. I know the owner of this store wouldnt tolerate there behavior especially turning away customers 2hrs before close, I hope he reads this and realizes hes loosing money at his business thanks to there lazy management.

Every so often i try this location to see if anything has changed, not much has. Orders wrong, no customer service skills when you are lucky enough to actually talk to somebody and recently no record of my online order. Pizza Hut has forever lost a customer, its not all this locations fault, same issues at multiple locations in past years. This franchise needs a reboot, no other national franchises allow this kind of terrible reviews around the area. For those scrambling to make my online order tnite, enjoy if your hungry, its all yours...not interested anymore, im enjoying my Pizza Inn order. You guys must take pride in your terrible rating, congrats!

After waiting two hours for my delivery tonight, the pizza was cold. Did I mention it was NOT what I had ordered? A few weeks ago. I had placed an order and the driver did not bring my ranch. When you pay for a side, it should be in with your order. I called to tell them. They said they would credit my account but they did not do so. Tonight when I called, I was hung up on three times and then put on hold before the very inexperienced shift manager put me on hold again. The GMs name is Tony but not one person there knew his last name. I am very disappointed with the Pizza Hut and will not use them again.

I like Pizza huts Pizza but the level of service at the duncanville location is terrible. This is the second time Ive had an issue and is the only reason Im writing a review. Several months ago they gave me a pizza with no meat when I had stated I wanted it to be a pepperoni and sausage along with peppers and jalapeños. I got instead peppers and jalapeños only. Now Ive placed an order that was quoted to take 40 minutes and it is now going on an hour and 20 minutes of waiting. Im taking my business elsewhere for pizza thanks to this terrible level of service.

I ordered three pizzas and one was missing ingredients. So I let it go. I ordered again and every single pizza is missing ingredients that I was charged for. I ordered extra jalapenos, it was only like 10 jalapenos on the entire pizza, every single pizza was not done as I ordered it. Maybe its just my order, but I will never go to this location again. I would rather travel farther to a different one. My assumption is that they cannot read, because I do not understand how you can mess up orders that are expressly noted.

I love Pizza Hut but the last 3 pizzas Ive gotten were breaking apart, the cheese, nor the pepperonis looked cooked leading me to believe the pizzas werent cooked fully. A while back I ordered a pizza in the afternoon and it was delicious, none of the problems I described above. I spoke to the manager and of course Im the first person to complain of this, which I highly doubt. As the manager she didnt try to help much at all other than state over and over that shes never heard of that. I think this is my last time trying.

SORRY, SORRY, SORRY! DO NOT order delivery... cheaters, liars, can not get anyone to answer the phone(s). Customer care doesnt improve customer service of local pizza huts, they claim they will alert the mgr of issues and send out free coupons... I dont care if they give me a years free of pizzas and other products they offer, they will not get our money again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE STORE IN DUNCANVILLE, TEXAS ON CEDAR RIDGE.

I dont know why I even bother continuously ordering from this place because they ALWAYS mess our order up. The pizza is always cold and it takes a MINIMUM of two hours to even get here. Why even give me the pizza? At that point you might as well give me my money back. Never ordering from here again. Both their cashiers and delivery drivers always have an attitude. YOU chose that job, NOT me. Taking my business to Dominos!

Please do not waste your time or money here this location sucks they gotta get people who care working here its sad how they expected me to eat the pizza they delivered me I took one look closed it and took it back sad sad sad pizza hut establishment.....someone from your corporate office should read the reviews everyone deserves good customer service and good decent food from any selling business

Slow slow slow... Dont answer the phone to take orders for carry out!!!! Someone answered and placed me on hold for 17 mins.... When I made it there I was still on hold... Then GM was there and their response was we handle the inside 1st... No sounds like yall need more help!!! Never ever going back again! To top it off customer service sucks...!!!

Please dont order from them at all order a pizza my pizza wasnt done I got sick I had food poisoning couple days later I order some boneless wing online its said 15 min I had to wait almost 1hr1/2 some boneless wing n the manger with his sorry self brought out some wing they had already early up n day I know I was tell him these wing is cold

I used to deliver for this store from 1997 - 2001. All I remember is people not tipping! I had to stand on peoples porches which reeked of weed waiting for them to bring me EXACT CHANGE. Tip your drivers better and you might not have to wait hours. ESP. you people in the Sorcey ironwood neighborhoods. You know who you are.

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut Ive ever come in contact with. I always try to have a delivery places but they are never able to deliver its so irritating and always gets in the way of my day. I have children to feed and Im not always at home and they cant go pick up an order. Something has to be done
