Chop House Cheddar Burger: 5 out of 5 burbs! Very few food items make me squeal like a girl, but not one of them that even comes close to this burger! The next closest would have to be...wait a minute. If I tell you now then that ruins the surprise wont it? This is about as good as it gets. So you ask, "Whats so special about it?" Well read this: "The burger features two 100 percent fresh, never frozen, American beef patties grilled to perfection, topped with grilled onions (my ONLY exception to my grilled onion hatred), melted shredded cheddar cheese, two slices of crispy bacon and creamy steak sauce on a fresh, toasted five-inch bun." BAMF! Take that you! Yeah thats what you get for asking. I was so excited about this coming back that last night when I saw the commercial, I was this close to getting out of bed and driving to get one. So today when it was time for lunch, I jumped up and ran like Charlie in the original Willy Wonka movie. I hugged the security guard downstairs and said, "Im off to Whataburger my good sir, for its back!" "Whats back?" the guard asked? "Why its the Chop House Cheddar Burger it is!" With excitement in his voice, the guard yells out to me, "RUN AARON! Run and dont stop for anything!" Da dada-daaaa dada daa! I get in the Challenger, power the engine up and speed off down the parking garage narrowly running over the maintenance man. He puts his hands on the sides of his waist and smiles while shaking his head as if to say, "Oh youuuu." I get to Whataburger and scream out that I want the Chop House Cheddar Meal! As if they knew I was on my way within minutes I had my burger. At this point Im drooling with anticipation as I start to unwrap my precious. Thats when my phone chimes up with "Weekly meeting...15 minutes" F ME! So I run to the counter and ask for a bag to go. I rush all the way back to the garage once again knocking over the same maintenance guy, speed into my parking spot and kick in the speaker phone. I sit in mute as others talk. Waiting for everyone to go away and then finally the meeting is over. I cant wait for the agonizing 3 minute walk to the building so I decide to sit in the garage and eat my burger. Those that deny I did this will be presented with a picture I took to show that I have proof! Besides, it felt REALLY good outside today so whos the winner now? As with everything, it all has comes to an end as I start to shed a single tear as I look at my now empty wrapper. Well "meat" again my friend, oh yes we will.

Great place nice people. I go there because my aunt has to be at work at 6:30 in the morning so she drops me off and goes to work. So the people that work there know that and I dont have to be at work until 8:00 in the morning so I sit there waiting to go to work. They hired someone new who doesnt know this so yesterday I fall asleep it happens sometimes and he was so rude to me waking me up telling I cant sleep there. But I have before and they let the workers sleep there which have seen when Im wake. I dont thinks its right to hire someone who is so rude and has no manners what so ever. But you let your people sleep there the new guy. So yeah I might have to find a other cause this guy is not a nice person. Now today he isnt here but the day he was wow. How can you hire someone who seems like he doesnt really want to be there and then is rude to your customers I dont get it.

I have continuously attempted to give this Whataburger chances to redeem themselves as I work close. Today, at 11:15 was the worst I have ever received. I was cut off 3 times while giving my order, and then rudely told to pull up without being given my order total. I was given my total and then paid with my debit card but was given no receipt. I had assumed they had put it in the bag as normal procedure.They did not get my order correct. Which, unfortunately I was unable to notice until I got back to work, because due to the long wait time I had to return to my job. I was going to attempt to go back, but without a receipt there is nothing that could be done, Im sure. Ridiculous. For an overpriced burger joint, they should definitely step up their game.

This place is horrible! I came with two other people and we each ordered a combo. 30 minutes later we still hadnt received our food and there were only 2 other customers in the building. When we finally got it there was no apology for the wait, the guy just put it on the table and acted annoyed when we asked for ketchup. The second time I repeated my order three times before it was read back correctly and I still got the wrong order then had to wait for them to get what I had originally ordered. Ridiculous! And the food tastes more cheap and low quality than McDonalds. Definitely wont go back!

My whataburger in Fort Worth always go above and beyond. I am a limo driver and cannot fit my vehicles in the drive thru. My whataburger was closed down due to water issues this morning and my shift started at 3 am. This whataburger takes one look at my vehicle then tells me, I dont have a solution, I cant serve you. You can definitely tell the difference between Dallas and Fort Worth. Another reason why it sucks to be a Dallas patron, after the issue with the other restaurant not serving officers, I wont stand behind these Dallas whataburgers ever!!!!!!

If you knew me, youd know how much I love Whataburger, so it pains me to give one any less than 4 stars. Staff at this location isnt the friendliest, and has failed to prepare an order as ordered on several occassions. If there is something wrong with your order, however, they will fix it. This is not the most accessible location when heading westbound, do NOT turn at the intersection just before whataburger (westbound) as the only way to reach it from there is to drive through the residential alleyway, and back onto beltline eastbound.

By far the worst Whatabuger in Texas. You would think that a company from Texas would first of all make sweet tea fresh daily. Its bad after the second day but there is nothing in the world worse than spoiled tea. Has this location decided to use a different meat than every other location? Or is it just the fact that you over cook it ever damn time. I love Whatabuger Im just passed because this sham is the closet one to me. Avoid this one drive to Trinity Mill instead.

Great old-school burgers!! Their chicken sandwiches are really juicy and fresh. Everything is made to order, so your meal is hot and fresh, though there is a bit of a wait. Its well worth it in my opinion. Really good customer service, drive-thru messed up my order so had to come back through. They invited us inside (even though it was after-hours) and gave us free drinks while we waited for a fresh order.
