..... I dont know where to start. Started off great though. Then, the something happened to the NFL Network channel. I was really looking forward to see it tip off of the 2017 Preseason game 1 for the Rams...but NO. Thats number one. Number two- my cheese pizza was sooooo damn greasy. I thought since yall pulled that pizza out, yall stuck it underneath a frier and served it to us. Number three- On the menu, it says 10 cinnamon sticks but we only got 5 cuz thats what it comes in. I dont care if we need to bring the mayor into this because thats horrible advertisement. What a rip off yall. Number 4- Not even twenty minutes, my stomach started to bother me, so I had to use the restroom(also not impressed). Even when Im done, I could barely walk. I dont know if yall left the cheese out too long, served us expired food, etc. I was scratching my head like I got dandruff over or something. I mean, why the hell are yall still in business?!?! I felt bad for our waitress because shes great. I dont want to know all the heat that people give to her due to bad management. I hope yall get SHUT THE HELL DOWN BECAUSE I ALMOST OE MIGHT GET SICK!!! Yall made Pizza Hut a complete abomination from this AND WILL BE THE ONLY EXPERIENCE! This has been one of the worst places to eat when I ever went on vacation. I be surprised yall will still be up by next week if yall dont change. So Fix it. Not tomorrow. Not next week. START FIXING IT NOW!!!!!

We stayed on the island over a couple weeknights when most of the local good stuff is closed so we tried Pizza Hut instead of driving back to corpus for dinner. Order was 30 mins late due to computers being down which is understandable but no one called to communicate that. The sodas we ordered were out of stock so they brought random ones in hopes that it would be fine. It wasnt as we didnt like those flavors but there was no way to sort out a refund with computers down. Again had someone been willing to pick up the phone to ask what we would like instead this may have worked out better. The only thing I was really looking forward to was the special Smores dessert. When I opened the box I found they had given me the normal cookie by mistake. Are you seriously trying to run a business or do you realize you will make money anyway since its all one time tourists here?! Late, wrong drinks, wrong dessert, no communication. Zero stars.

Horrible. Waited 5 minutes at the door while three guys stood at the counter jawing. No eye contact. When one guy finally looked up, he handed me a menu and said I could sit anywhere. Only 1 other family dining and nobody waiting for carry out. In other words, they werent busy. After sitting in my booth for 10 minutes, I got up and walked by the counter, out the door and across the street to the Chicago Style Pizzeria and had a great meal. This location is giving PH a bad name. Read the other reviews.

This store is under new management and is very short on staff wait times go up as orders come in and when there are only two ppl in the store it makes things run behind please understand that there are more orders than just yours and we do our best to get thing out quickly keep in mind with the smal amount of staff there are a few new employees and we apologize in advance for any mistakes if any occur

If I could rate them negative stars, I would. I placed an order at 7:00 p.m., and I didnt even get so much as a call to update until 8:55, at which time I told him to take it back. You cant even call them directly; it goes to a national call center. When I stopped into the branch, they didnt even apologize and showed me a receipt from the delivery driver that said it was delivered at 7:45.

Horrible, horrible service....worst experience of my life at a restaurant, the service was bad, and the food was nasty....pizza burn, wrong orders...and lets not talk about employees attitude, starting with the cook....the cook had the worst attitude towards a cilent...she was all ghetto looking and screaming at us with no right...

I will never order from here ever again. I waited an over 2 hours total for my food. Then when it got sent it took an hour for them to get here when they are right down the road from me. It was cold nasty soggy and wasnt even right. This is the second and last time I will order from them. Never again (both times my food was wrong)

I give 5 stars to any business where employees are hustling to take care of you or even busing a table in a hurry! I remember being that person and now it makes me really appreciate it because people dont seem to be made that way anymore!! 5stars all day!!

Waited over 2 hours for our food. And thats because we called it in. The employee gave out a pizza while we were wait there cause the lady also waited for two hours. Terrible service. Did not respond to customers unless they ask directly. No eye contact.

Ordered at 8:40, at 10:00 still not delivered, every time we called in they gave us a delivery date of 2 hours from then. Never could talk to the actual store, only the call center. Never got the pizza we ordered. Still waiting on my refund from that.

Horrible service. Ordered takeout. Literally waited 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the 1 employee in the restaurant. The only employee who was able to work the register was out on a delivery. Pretty poorly run operation.

Horrible service ordered pizza at 8:20 it was 9:55 and no pizza I called and they said that there was traffic on highway which I dont know why there would be traffic if the hotel we were at is right behind the Pizza Hut !

Do you know your website says open til 11pm on Fridays. But your store puts a hand written sign on the door at 9pm, during Sandfest, that says "dining room closer at 9".... Very bad for business.
