Horrible service and rude. I ordered food for delivery they bought me food with hair in it and the wrong order. I asked for ribs on the bone they bought me some chopped up meat with hair in it disgusting it looked like worms in barbeque sauce. I immediately called them and informed them angry and appalled I wanted to inform them of there disgusting mistake. And I wanted my money back I paid cash so I couldnt cancel my payment. The woman on the phone placed me on hold for 10-15 minutes when she returned to the line she finally comes back to the phone (a different person) and say I have to come in if I want a refund. I drive up to tbe location zhe tells me the usually dont allow refunds. I informed her that since it was THEIR (disgusting) mistake she should. The delivery drive walks and behind the Asian woman points and she hands me a $10,$5, and a $1 mind you I paid $17.91 for yhe food. I ask were the $1.91 is and she stands there looking crazy and says gas fee. I let her have it since they are that desperate. I leave and go to to get something to eat else where using the money they gave me at Moon Wok to pay for my meal it came to $9.00 so I gave them the $10 I had JUST received from Moon Wok and was informed the $10 was counterfeit it was fake. I called the police and they claimed there was nothing they could do. I went back and of course she played ABSOLUTELY stupid. DO NOT EAT OR PATRONIZE this business. They have no respect or care at at all in their food preparation nor the customers. Horrible experience I will NEVER eat here again !!!!!!

While searching for an apartment I drove by and saw Moon Wok. The catchy clever name caught my eye. Since i was getting hangry, I decided to stop by and give it a shot. Vietnamese spring rolls were nice and fresh but lacked the extra herbs that usually set this dish off. Truly needs a bit of mint or cilantro to make it pop. Peanut sauce was bland as well but luckily there was Sriracha to add & now it is splendid. California roll was very fresh and tasty. Could have used a ramekin to mix my soy & wasabi but my extra plate did the job well enough. The kitchen was an absolute mess however. Ive worked in kitchens a long time and I know this doesnt necessarily mean unclean but it was a bit concerning. And sadly the restroom was absolutely awful!!! Had I not been in a car all day, really needing to go, I would have skipped the restroom all together. Truly disgusting and one of the 2 stalls had no tissue. Trash ALL over the floor. Counter tops covered in soap and water and trash! &! The toilet wouldnt flush! Have fun with that prize! Maybe Ill try and get delivery next time!

At first, my family was so excited to find a Chinese restaurant in the French Quarter, but when we actually walked into the place, we were met with dingy, dirty floors and almost no lighting at all.it was hard eating, knowing that the place where its cooked looks like it could possibly house seventeen different species of rats. That was just the appearance. The actual food tasted vaguely like plastic and cleaning solution which is ironic because the place looked so INCREDIBLY filthy. The Vietnamese food was definitely better than the Chinese food, but neither were very good in the first place. To be fair, the employees were friendly and helpful, despite the other reviews Ive seen, so I guess thats one good thing (really the only reason I gave it one star in the first place). I came home to an awful bout of diarrhea and Im so happy to be going home to DC where I can actually eat some quality Asian food.

Just placed and order over the phone with a rep, who clearly couldnt hear well or understand well neither...I begin the call with an order of combo lo mein which i have ordered many times before, and then went into a order of shrimp and egg rolls. By the time i recieved my order i noticed the missing lo mein.... wow that call made me loose my top on the lady who wouldnt give me her name. This was the rudest lady i have spoken with in ordering from them before...Once i understood that the first lady didnt charge me, this rude lady begin agruing with me over them not charging it to me, lady i understood that, i just wanted to buy my lo mein and get it finally wow..

I didnt get a chance to even order my food I was disgusted with the cashier they have. She didnt wash her hands after getting up from her meal which was obviously FINGER LICKING GOOD LITERATURLY! She came right over to the register and looked at me still licking her finger and getting another employees order placed I was sure this could be everyones training at this restaurant I will pass on the restaurant negligence to not inform to wash hands after a meal before back to work. I can only imagine what happens when no ones is looking!!!

I wish there was a lower rating, this place was awful I almost walked out. They have tables propped up with folded card board. The floors are filthy. Supplies are stored against a wall. There was a girl snapping peas at the counter and taking money. The lemon chicken had several pieces that tasted "funny. I just hope no one gets sick. There was food on the floor in the back. I will never go back. Yuck!

Honestly, I really love their food but their delivery service SUCKS! Everytime we order something for delivery, they get something wrong and when we call and complain, they say, "Oh, sorry, we were busy." What kind of an excuse is this! You need to have quality service all around.... It seriously gets so frustrating to the point were I dont even want to rave about their good food.

This was my first time ordering from Moon Wok even though I pass them on the way home almost everyday. I ordered three entrees for the family and was pleasantly surprised that the food quality was excellent along with the fast turn around in service and preparation. The amount of food you get quite a bit too. Would recommend and will come again!

One of the best chinese food places in Dallas. The family meal special is enough food for 2 people to live on for at least a week. I mean, who doesnt love delicious left over, take out? This is one of the only things I miss about my old apartment. I loved this place! If you live close enough to it, you should def check them out!
