Today 4/22/17 I called at 5:00 pm talked to Jennifer, she want to charge me $50:00 for two Med pizzas, 12 wings, one order of cheese sticks, one cooky and one bottle of coke. It was very expensive, so I only ordered two med pizzas, one cheese and the other one is pepperoni for $17.00. It took Jennifer 3 to 4 times to take the credit card#, but could not get it right and she have to put Rosa the manager to get the credit card #. Finally I got the order, burned, very hard and cold. When I called to complain @ 5:30 the phone kept ringing and ringing, but no answer. Then when I called again and hide my phone # Jennifer answered from the first ring. While I was complaining to her, she started laughing telling me that, that is how the thin crust I ordered should look like. As if I am an idiot. She stated that she is going to send me other pizzas, but I better send back my pizzas. I was very upset about the her unprofessional attitude, so I asked for her name. For my surprise withen 10 minutes, Rosa the manger called me to ask about what is going on. I explained to her the situation and after 40 Min I got one pizza not two. She apologized for Jennifers behavior. I was surprised, so I sent back one pizza. What is sad I made my order at 5: 00 pm and even after two hours by 7:00 pm still I got it wrong. This is not the first time I got my order wrong. One time before they forgot my drink, another time they screwed up on the topping, but I let it go, because things can happen. I worked with people a lot, but Jennifer is unprofessional she should be not be working with custome3rd. I will not order from them anymore. I have been a costumer for years, because they are near by, but I will go somewhere else.

This location is usually not too bad as long as you go to pick it up. The delivery drivers have proved to be less than reliable or honest. Today I ordered online and set to pick it up, as I usually do. I go to pick it up and the girl who helped me was fairly nice. There was one thing that just seemed odd. She asked if I wanted cheese and peppers. I said yes please and she goes to the little box at the top get some and there were two packets of peppers, no cheese. She looks back and forth but seemed afraid leave the register. So she sticks those two in the side of the box and said "have a great day". I didnt bother to ask her to get more because I usually have some from the last time. I said thank you and left. I got home with my two large pizzas and have them to my wife. She was the one who ordered them. She told me what was on the two pizzas but not the type of crust it was on. She opened one and said "thats weird". I asked what she meant. She said that she ordered both as hands tossed but apparently only one was. I know its not such a big deal but youd think if you order something specific, like when ordering online, they should get it right. We didnt bother to call and complain about it. Im sure to check the next time not only the toppings but also the crust. The pizza was good but not quite as filling as I was expecting. So they lost two stars. One star for no cheese and the other for having the wrong crust. I would still recommend this location but with the side note to make sure EVERYTHING is exactly the way you order it.

Terrible Experience. After an hour I called to check status of my order to be told first they didnt have one for me, then they found it by phone number and still had my old address listed which I had given them the new one when I called. Then I was lied to as they told me they came to my new address and no one answered, when I asked why I didnt receive a phone call as our building is secure and they would have had to been let in I was lied to again and told they did try to call. Very unhappy with them and will not be ordering from them ever!

This place seems to not be able to complete orders correctly. They messed up our order 2x once and we decided to give them another shot and once again order messed up 2x. We will NEVER order from here anymore. Plus the girl who answers the phone is rude and has a horrible attitude. I do not even do reviews but this place sucks so bad. If you want pizza might as well order from Dominos Pizza on Plano Rd. They want $15 an hour but cannot even read orders or make a pizza. Yea right!! This Pizza Hut is a JOKE!

This place is completely messed up. The workers here seriously need to learn how to follow directions. On one occasion, too much red sauce in the pizza, it was literally flooding. Upon complaint, they made the next pizza, this time with no red sauce at all! Unbelievable. The other thing: whenever I order cheese sticks I clearly tell them: No seasoning on it but they just do the opposite. Poor working quality.

Ordered a large cheese & 12 wings. Delivered wrong order. Paid cash. Manager said they dont give refunds. They just give credit or replace food. Only reason I ordered pizza is because Im babysitting. Dont want food spit in or store credit i dont intend to use. Theyre robbing me. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Rosa said theyre keeping the money and it doesnt matter the situation.

Placed an order online for pizza, wings, and breadsticks. I was surprised at how fast my order was delivered and thought, "Wow! Great service!" Only to realize that the wings were missing. Called the store and was assured theyd be delivered immediately. Half an hour later and Im still waiting and now everything is cold.

Total garbage, worst customer service, pizza delivered almost an hour after it was supposed to arrive, and it was cold. They did say that they would be giving me a store credit of $20, but surprise, next time I called they informed me that there was no credit and they couldnt do anything about it.

Probably the best Pizza Hut experience I have had! The woman working the counter was incredibly nice and courteous. My pizza was ready when I asked for it, she offered cheese and pepper and showed me my pizza to make sure it was correct. Wonderful customer service and delicious pizza!!

Theyve always been friendly and if they made mistakes they are very quick to fix them. Even the drivers are super nice. I just ordered the grilled cheese stuff crust and OMG its delicious !! And my driver was awesome ! So was the order taker

This place is not that great. The vegetable toppings on my pizza were not cut and cooked properly (i.e. they put a dry, thin layer of the purple onion)..When I opened the pizza box the pizza was stone cold...never ordering pizza here again.

Ordered online and some dude, Joe at this store, cancelled our order. Said we were too far away. When they realized their error, they said I would have to reorder online. No thanks! Ill go to Cicis with my co-workers.
