Maybe my bad experience is just because theyre brand new but my food was cold fries were soft and undercooked and my strawberry frosted lemonade taste really weird. and the wait... too long... maybe with time this will get better. keep trying you guys. UPDATE 04/03/2017 so I went back to this chick fil a the next day which was this past Friday because I did the survey on my receipt to receive a free chicken sandwich and when I ordered at the drive thru I told them I was using the coupon and I also ordered a small fry. the young lady told me they would apply the discount at the window. THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE CHICKEN SANDWICH!!! it wa so hectic and unorganized that I didnt even realize it until I drove off. They have people standing outside the window taking your payment and giving you your food which seems pointless because you still cannot leave until the car in front of you leaves... Im done with them until things settle down and they get it together.

I can only presume that these reviews are written by employees. After 4 visits, I am comfortable saying hands down this is the worst Chick Fil A in town, and will NEVER go back. They have yet to get an order correct (#1 with a soda should be a pretty easy order) If you like drive thru operators that want to argue, missing items on your order, watered down soda, and waiting 20mins + to get your food, then enjoy the substandard experience of this chick fil a.

I keep trying to come back because its close to my house but after the 5th time of waiting a really long time for food and I had to throw it away because the chicken was grey. I have never had a good experience there. I thought maybe its just new but every time there is a manager standing there completely unaware that people are waiting and the food is cold or just bad. No one that works there seems to even be aware there is a problem.

1st time I went Terrible service(new staff) , no idea what they are doing or how to run a restaurant , team members constantly confused who has what order , poor mgmt Follow up ,I went a week later and they still struggle to take orders and the drive through is sooo slow for a chick fil la 3rd follow up looks like they have things running much better , will recommended on par with other chick fil a in metroplex

Im sitting in the dining room while my 4 year old is playing. The service has been terrific. There is one employee (dont know her name) going above and beyond. Ive watched her take peoples trash, clean tables, bring sanitizing wipes to customers, talk to children, and so much more. Its obvious that she loves her job. This is bybar the most efficient location I have ever been to.

A nice Chick-fil-A thats easy to get in and out of for lunch. Note that Ive only been there for opening day but the wait was almost nothing and everything was very clean. Food was good and came out quickly. I also appreciated the employees coming by to refill my drink. Im looking forward to trying their breakfast options.

I was hoping they open nearby and glad this one is close to my house. Its the best branch ever. Very friendly and clean in and out. The only issue that I didnt like is the playground for kids. It is very small and when 10+ kids get in and becomes very crowded. I still rate it 5.

So good Im actually writing a review. m a chicfila addict and this is the nicest one Ive been too. Nice touches like cute little succulents on the tables and a country-ish vibe to the decor. Of course great food and courteous staff as is par for the course with any chicfila.

This is one of the newer Chick-fil-A in town so it is quite clean. The double drive thru keeps the traffic moving, and on occasion, the manager will be at the window making things run smoothly. Great place!
