I went to Marble Slab tonight hoping to have a delightful experience, and I was unpleasantly surprised. The frozen yogurt was more like blended ice. And the small size ice cream was not filled all the way. I spent over $8.00 on two not-delicious ice creams. I couldnt even eat the frozen ice theyre trying to pass off as yogurt; I threw it away. Moreover, the guy behind the counter had zero concept of customer service. There was no one behind me when I was ordering, and he still rushed me through my selection...I didnt even sample any flavors to make an informed decision. Then he talked on the phone in another language (obviously to a friend or relative--not a customer) while he was telling me that I could not use my coupon, because the ice cream in front of me was not a "Tasty Creation." Truer words have never been spoken. I would say that the trip over there wasnt a complete waste of time, because now I know I dont ever have to go there ever again. Check that one off the list. Do not go here. Find a ColdStone and/or Pinkberry...etc.

Overpriced for what you get. If theyre going for "premium ice cream", their service and cleanliness greatly miss the mark. Staff werent overly friendly. Theres signs saying "no extra napkins. No extra spoons". Now now, if Im paying $15 for 2 one scoop ice cream, I can certainly get an extra napkin or spoon! Food allergy beware- Im allergic to peanuts. Asked them to prep mine on a cooking prep sheet (which they have right there on the counter) to avoid cross contamination. She pretty much said "No" and then went right on preparing mine on the same slab as the reeses peanut butter... ANY PARENT with a kid allergic to peanuts should be very careful.

I love Marble Slab ice cream. Its my favorite ice cream chain by far. So obviously, the ice cream here was fantastic. However, every time Ive visited this location, the service has been abysmal. There is always only one person working at night, and that person is never in a good mood. They never pay attention to what you actually want and just rush to get you through the line. Also, I tried to get points on my Marble Slab rewards account at this location, but the worker refused to give me the points claiming that there wasnt enough time since there were people in line behind me. So despite the great ice cream, I wont be coming back here.

Even though I get the same thing EVERY time I come... The price is always different. Significantly. As well as how much ice cream I get. If I pay $8 for some ice cream... It should fill the little bowl- not barely fill 1/2 of the cup. I understand why people come to this one-- its the most convenient-- and I love marble slab... But Im going to stop coming to this one and go aaaaall the way over to nw hwy.. they wont charge u $15 for two ice creams smh (thats a "large" sunday smh)

I will never go here again! I went in tonight and asked if they did something for my dog along with our sundae. Someone got me a small cup of vanilla ice cream. I figured if there was a charge they would have either told me about it or the charge wouldve been nominal. The dogs cup ended up being as expensive as our ice cream! They also messed up our sundae and left out an entire scoop we ordered. The manager was also very nasty with us. I will never go there again.

I just paid $8 for an ice cream scoop on a cone! EIGHT DOLLARS. What has this world come to?!?! Are you kidding me?!? An ice cream cone and scoop of ice cream! Okay, sorry, but a little ridiculous! I took a picture of the cone and the receipt, for anyone who is in the same boat as me and would not believe me, but I cannot upload it to this review. But just know.... Sad. Yes, it was good. Maybe they shouldnt charge so much though. Go try Paciugos.

The ice cream has an enjoyable texture and good flavor. There are a few options for toppings, cones, cups, or waffle bowls. They also have ice cream cakes, but I havent tried those. The shop is a little dated and generally staid, but it is clean and mostly well maintained. Sometimes, I wished they used fresh marshmallows in my rocky road; but overall I recommend Marble Slab Creamery. Theyre also nice and friendly employees.

Great service! David was there alone on a busy Wednesday night. Even though there were 10 people in line he was quick, yet patient and personable. When it was your turn he didnt make you feel rushed. First time at Mable slab... Ill be back! Oh, and unlimited toppings are great too

Way overpriced with very small portions for unexceptional ice cream. Staff was rude and rushed you to make a decision even though there were only two other customers. Most of the flavors I wanted werent available. Will not visit again or recommend to others.

Quality ice cream, but incredibly chintzy on the mix-ins (a small bite size snickers for a medium cup?). Way, way, way overpriced. If Im paying $7 for a medium sized cup of ice cream, it better be spectacular. It was not.
