First time visit, walked and and was treated so subpar by the young lady behind the counter. We should have walked out but my family of five was celebrating my birthday. My 3 year old grandson wanted donuts so we went to get some donut holes and the same young lady "helped" us, again very rude. After we got our food I asked to speak with a manager and was told there is not one....really?!? No manager. Another young man asked what I needed and I said the manager and he said there was not one and what did we need. I said I was treated very poorly by this young lady and wanted to let the manager know. She then said she did not do anything. I said I am not going to argue but for future customers a smile and friendly tone of voice would be helpful. We left very unsatisfied paying 28 bucks to be treated bad. Bad experience for sure!
