Walked in an hour before they closed,on July 9,2016 waitress didnt speak even though I spoke to her twice.The serving waitress came and just stood at our table while I was having a personal conversation on my cell phone.The owner came to my table and told me I couldnt bring in my own drinks ( Canada Dry and V8 Energy drink which they do not serve) He was pointing and talking where other customers could hear him.EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The food is good but the wait staff seems lacking in attention towards the customers. Especially to go customers. When I walked in I waited for about 8 min till I stopped a waitress and asked if I could place a to go order. She directed someone to me that seemed a little put out that they had to take my order.

Tops in the past has been a great place to grab a nice bit to eat. But recently has become a complete joke! The waitress became very rude over a simple request of a glass ice water with lemon.. The worse experience ever. We just walked out to avoid a serious confrontation. We wont be returning.

Full menu of choices for breakfast, brunch, lunch ... you get the idea. Excellent service. TVs available for watching sports events. Indoor and outdoor seating and a rooftop bar area as well. And it has free parking right behind it (street parking can be hard to find). I like it.

Good food and very reasonable prices...I wouldve given 5 stars but for some reason the cooks dont know what over easy eggs are. Theyre always somehow a little overcooked at the bottom.
