Pathetic.... Incompetent... the general manager of the place, Giovanni Rosado , was incapable of working his own register to key in a simple PIZZA HUT GIFT CARD.... so incompetent he couldnt even honor his own company-issued gift card.... then he got rude and insinuated the e-gift card I was using was either a fraud or "out of date" -- even though Pizza Hut itself issued it to me earlier this year and it shows a valid balance on PIZZA HUTS OWN WEBSITE!!!!! i asked him to call someone in corporate or wherever to help him with his own companys card, he refused and called his alleged district manager, Carlos Argueta, who either similarly did not know how to ring up a PIZZA HUT GIFT CARD, or didnt care. At this point Giovanni told me I was out of luck even though it was his own ineptitude and thus Pizza Huts inability to honor their own gift card that created the problem. Id ordered the pizza for my stepson, and by now had wasted an hour and had no food to give him when I got home (Id left my wallet at home, other wise Id have paid for the measly $15.00 order). This inept "district manager" did nothing to make it right, and asked me to leave the store. AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!! as for the "district manger" Rosado Giovanni, he should be fired immediately!!!!

Ordered a pizza online and had an hour and twenty minute wait time. So the delivery time was 8:20 pm and here it is 9pm and no pizza not even a phone call to tell me that its gonna be late. I called the store and pressed 3 because I had a concern with my order and the phone rings for a while then hangs up. It does this three times until I call and pressed 1 to order a pizza and was able to get someone on the phone. Cancelled the order and I get a phone call from the manager and hes trying to convince me to wait for this late a** pizza like 2 hours wasnt enough already and he didnt even offer any compensation and to top it off instead of calling the driver to cancel the order he wanted me to continue waiting for him to show up and tell him that I dont want it. Ridiculous!!! I wish Dominoes delivered to my job instead of these bums. Now they now how to treat a customer.
Im very selective when it comes to rating anything online... especially a business. Google reviews are sometimes a little over critical in my opinion. I think as the review pool gets larger things will even out. Ive tried lying to myself many times using this location. "Surely next time theyll get it right".... Ive ignored deliveries being late by 2 hours. Ive ignored getting my orders completely wrong. Ive ignored the drivers giving me attitude. I cant ignore a cashier asking me to check my order ... then when I point out hair on the pizza asking me if I still want it. Seriously... In hindsight I should have taken a picture. Pizza Hut is still my first choice in Pizza. This location however has some serious issues. Avoid the headache, order from somewhere else. Perhaps even try the small Mom and Pop store we always ignore.
Live right down the street from this location. I really like Pizza Huts pizza when its done right. Sadly this location is the the most poorly run pizza place I have ever encountered. I have placed online orders with them 3 times in the last six months, not once have I walked out with a pizza. The experience is the same every time, it goes like this....I place my order, drive up to the store after 20 minutes (per website), walk in to a crowd of people expecting the same thing I am (pizza of course), wait 15 minutes for any employee to even care that Im there (usually actively ignoring me), ask for a manager, ask the manager if my pizza will be done anytime soon, he responds "I dont think so, should I cancel your order?", I say probably and go home. Pizza Hut, Im not mad, just disappointed...
Absolutely horrible place. Messed up my order multiple times. The last order i placed I got a call about a hour and 15min after placing my order to tell me they ran out of waffle fries and that they would refund my order and that was it. No effort to compensate me for the wait and inconvenience. Once they finally delivered my pizza (total of almost 2 hours of waiting) the delivery boy forgot my ranch dressings. Spent 15min on the phone to only get a some call center flunky to tell me that they will notify the manager and Ill get a call back. Never got called. Never ordering again from this location or pizza Hut in general now. Horrible customer service. Managers need to be fired
I ordered pizzas for me and my family. First get together weve had in years. Trying to feed 12 people is a bit complicated, we decided to order a few pizzas. Well after almost 2 hours pass and we still havent received our dinner. We called multiple times and they claimed to have "no idea where our order is". We were just about to send someone to the store and get the pizzas since they were no where to be found. Though, Ive never heard a case of pizzas just "disappearing". I am giving this 1 star because we did eventually receive our very cold pizzas, after 2 hours of calling the store and dealing with their disappointing customer service.
This was the absolute worst experience Ive had with a restaurant in while. I ordered pizza at 9:35pm and the stupid pizza took 3 flipping hours to get to my house! Once the pizza got here the pizza was extremely cold and it tasted awful! Once I wanted to get a refund for the pizza they made me call their customer service which had me on the line waiting for over half an hour just listening to their repeating message saying about how "they care about my call" but if they really "cared" they wouldnt keep a customer waiting on the line for so long just so I can get a simple refund. Im never going to order from pizza Hut anymore.
Ive given this location another try, time and time again. Everytime, the pizza shows up cold and dry. Its possible they are sending the delivery person out with too many orders at once. I keep thinking next time will be better, and it never is. The pizza is great when you pick it up yourself, its the delivery that sucks. Also quite a turnoff when you see the employees outside the building smoking, then walking back inside to make pizzas. Pizza Hut is our favorite, and this location is just bad. Wont be back.
WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!! Every single time we order something goes wrong. 1st time they forgot to bring our drink that was on our order. Second time the pizza was 30 min late on an estimate hour wait. When we received the pizza you could tell it was cooked over 1 hour ago. Now we have been waiting for 1 hr and 45 min for delivery and still no pizza. We love pizza hut but I am afraid this was our last time to order. This store is incapable of providing good service.
Wouldnt even give ONE STAR! Took over 1.5 hours to get our food. Manager was rude... told us it was our fault for ordering the pizza on a Monday night and that 1.5 hours was a typical delivery time. When asked for some kind of compensation, we were told that it would be too hard for him to cancel the transaction, reorder, etc. Bottom line... UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and NO COMPENSATION for having to wait over 1.5 hours for food! Guess we ll go with Dominos from now on!
