Out of veggies for veggie bowl, forgot chips, when we went to get some they were soggy and stale. We were the 4th person to complain about the soggy chips with no resolution for any. I did see somebody making chips in the back at the same time she was eating them and then taking the same hand she was eating them with and shoveling the chips around to different bags . There was also a prep cook cutting meat and cooking other items with big poofy hair with no hat or hair net!! Gross!!! I will be calling the health inspector as Ive Been in the restaurant industry for several years myself so Im somewhat familiar with some of the regulations and this is terrible. All tables in place were dirty, very dirty. Poorly stocked napkins and plasticware. The kids fresh out of high school could care less about any of this. Im pretty sure there was no adult in the kitchen. This place used to be great but no longer its gone way, WAY, WAY down hill. I never waste my time writing reviews on anything but this was so bad I had to. Buyer beware!!

They know how to feed a vegetarian (unlike so many other places that assume "vegetarian" means just taking out the meat). Good, quality, organic produce, served in heaping portions, with plenty of protein in generous helpings of beans, corn salsa, and guacamole (plus cheese and sour cream and all that if you eat it). I got the veggie bowl at Freebirds and walked out with less than two cups of vegetables (and scant beans, corn, or guac); for maybe thirty cents more, I got enough food at Chipotle that I had to transfer it to to an actual vegetable SERVING dish (which it filled) when I got home because it was overflowing my to-go box. Ill definitely be a repeat customer at Chipotle.... Freebirds, not so much.

I think that if some things at this location dont change then it will quickly degrade. The first thing I noticed is the lack of urgency in the staff. I walked up to order and couldnt hear what the employee was saying. His voice was so quiet it was impossible to understand. He made my bowl and passed it down to where the next staff member is supposed to be to finish making my entree. Unfortunately there wasnt anyone to make it so it sat there for a few minutes until one of the employees came up and finished the meal. Overall didnt have very good interactions with the staff.

This location is not as good as it used to be burrito rolled so terrible you cant even eat it as a burrito and no common sense... their lettuce is brown and they just leave it out like people want brown lettuce then when mentioning it...Im asked would I like to speak to a manager....no why dont you just use your eyes and put out fresh ingredients...oh and the rice wasnt even cooked all the way my rice had a crunch to it. Wont be going back for a while. I should have just left the food and walked out.

Came in today after my fiance had her surgery since she has not ate all day and we had time to kill waiting on her mends. The workers working today all went out of the way to help. Seeing as how my fiance could bearly walk they went above and beyond to accommodate us with helping carry our food to clean a table they themselves were using. I must say that alone will bring me back to this location even tho I have one closer

Went in the other night to grab some food to go. Even though it was night already, I happened to get there during the rush, the staff go every one in and out in a decent time without rushing people. The restaurant was also clean even with the number of people that were there. One customer asked for the meat guy to change his gloves, and the staff member happily did with no problems (that customer got all veggies).

Food is great, however they give little portions and the service was kinda rude. There is also too much people working in the front and the staff we not friendly to me and my boyfriend at all. One of the workers told him "keep your hands away from the glass" but all he did was pointed to what he wanted he was not touching it. Yet she said it rudely. They are also disorganized

Horrible. My burrito was cold. I have never had a cold Chipotle burrito. On top of that my burrito didnt even stay together. The young black man was not prepared and took his sweet time to help me when it was completely empty. There wasnt cheese prepared or lettuce or anything. Worst customer service and poor attitude. People out in Texas have no respect.

I eat lunch here often and occasionally I go with my family. My coworkers literally go everyday because the food is so good. Such a friendly atmosphere. However, every time I go with my coworkers they get a hand full of coupons and they just look at me and give me my total, never a coupon. Nonetheless, my family and I love the food!

Chipotle used to be a very good food chain, but these days it became horrible. These people put spoons all the way behind the counter (why do you even have your store open). Recently I had lunch at this place and I had diarrhea. It felt really horrible for one whole day.

The modern exterior of this Chipotle may look neat with all of the glass, but the glass that they used does not reflect harmful UV light like most windows. I got a severe sunburn while eating inside sitting next to the glass.

Fresh food and fast service. Only thing that disappointed was the restroom which I never had the pleasure of using because someone was held up in there with the door locked for 20 minutes. Only one toilet?
