By far the worst burrito Ive ever had from Chipotle. When me and my buddy walked in lady said one moment please, and was putting on her gloves patiently taking her time, with nobody else in the building. After about standing there for a minute another employee walked up and assisted me. I asked for light pico and she loaded it with way too much to where I couldnt even enjoy my food. The steak was poorly cooked and I couldnt even finish my food. Whenever she went to roll the burrito everything just fell apart and she didnt even try to fix it she wrapped it up and put it in the bag. I got home to eat my food and opened the foil to see pico instead of my burrito. Ive never gotten online to write a review about something before but Ive never been so pissed off and treated so poorly at a restaurant especially when you are trying to make a good first impression on your " Grand Opening ". If anyone is reading this, I wouldnt even waste your time stopping by, Id go ahead and drive the extra 10 minutes to Vintage Park or hell maybe 30 to the Woodlands, but you wont ever catch me here again.

No line when we arrived. Walked up to order, patiently waited as the lady fumbled with her gloves for entirely too long. She was also busy chewing ice. Once my order was taken was told chicken wasnt ready yet; I was fine waiting. Noticed the gentleman cooking was fumbling to check the temp of the chicken(I frequent the chipotle at Vintage and have never noticed them having to nervously check the temp) Once it was placed on my salad I could visually see blood and declined to purchase said salad. The gentleman cooking looked terribly offended we declined his uncooked chicken. They did offer a free salad because of it but I guess that memo didnt stand as I purchased the replacement salad. Went to sit; only dirty tables available. Stale chips. Yay. Noticed the employees frantically notify their manager of our mishap. Overheard manager telling them to "calm down". You guys need more training in customer service and etiquette in food services. I will keep driving 15 minutes past yall to the Vintage location.

Terrible. Walked in and lady was washing her hands. Three others standing behind the counter talking. Lady after washing her hands couldnt get gloves on to help us. Nor could she talk due to her chewing on ice. Finally she got her gloves on and ice chewed to start our order. Wanted to get a bowl with chicken. Waited patiently for chicken only for it to be pink and undercooked. Decided that i would not do the chicken and sent it back and they offered a free meal. (I didnt want a free meal, i wanted chicken that wouldnt make me sick). Ended up sharing my girlfriends steak bowl instead. Steak was chewy and had no taste. Chips were stale AF and they were out of sweet tea. Tables were also all dirty. Noone attempted to clean. Employee went out with gloves on to fill up her drink and about ran over two kids who were trying to get drinks. By far worst experience at Chipotle ever. Wont be going back here. #nowonderchipotlestockisdown

Speaking as a long time customer of the Louetta location, I was happy to see them building a Chipotle in Tomball. However, after eating from there at least ten times in the last few months, I have to say...... the Louetta location is just BETTER !!!! The people working the Tomball location just dont seem to have the experience that the employees at the Louetta location do. I thought at first "oh well theyre new...theyll get the hang of it....Nope.... I was there just tonight and I honestly just left with another feeling of "its just not as good as the other location" Small sidenote but they overcharged me on my ticket and when I called them on it , they seemed to not know how to refund me the overage.... I will have to say I will definitely move them down a few notches on the list of options for dinner around here !!!!

Im a huge Chipotle fan; however, this was a sincere disappointment. Yes, Im taking into consideration that this location just opened. Upon walking in, the lobby was filthy, with barely a clean table to sit at. A young lady was standing to the order line, just staring as we walked in. Everyone was polite enough; but the service needs work. The steak was cold and extremely scant on my order of soft tacos. My husband complained if the same issue on his steak burrito. Before I left, after watching several employees do nothing during my 20-minute dining session, I did approach the counter and kindly suggested they bus the lobby, before they get any further customers.

I heard how great Chipotle was but I must say they do not train their employees at all. The first girl that made my burrito never even looked up. The girl that checked us out had her head in the clouds I guess. I handed her the coupon for buy one get one. She charged us for both burritos then said " just use it next time" when I ask her to correct the bill. I just walked out. I wish that Moes was still open because they know how to treat their customers.

I see a lot of the previous reviews & theyre experience is far from mine. They must have made so major changes w/ management... I am beyond words with how prepared & friendly all of the staff was. Im a clean snob & there werent finger prints everywhere like Ive witnessed many places, the tables were cleaned, floors were swept & the food was great! Happy to see a chipotle in Tomball!!

Not only does this Chipotle have great tasting, quality food, but the service here is excellent! The employees are friendly and the get the orders out quickly and accurately! Today was the best experience Ive ever had at a chipotle. I never would have guessed that today was their grand opening day! There managers should pat themselves on the back because they trained their team well!

Today was not a good experience. We ordered two chicken bowls. The chicken was not trimmed well, many pieces with fat. Also, the bowl was very salty. We threw them away....wont be feeling for Chipotle again any time soon...usually one of our favorites for quick service meals.

Places our order online as usually and went to pick up. Whoever was there to care for pick up orders, was very dry and unfriendly. Food was good as usual, but the gentleman at the register putting together the to go order, not so nice.
