I love this place not only because of the food but because of the employees. They are ALWAYS friendly and nice especially the guy thats usually at the front counter taking orders with the dark hair that comes to his neck. I forgot his name so excuse me. Hes usually there after 4, so Ive noticed. Anyways, I ordered online I came in to pick up my order he gave me the drinks first so I headed out to my car to put them in and before I could make it to my car, he was coming behind me with my food in his hands helping me put everything in my car. I was so pleased with his service I came back the next day and the next and next lol. They were so quick to get my order processed and ready just as quick as jimmy johns, freaky fast! I love the dining area its clean and comfortable it gives you a nice feel. They have so many different sauces I had to try em all and to my surprise I fell in love with them all!!! I had to get extras to go. Only thing I dont agree with is that theyre closed on Sundays. I be so mad lol I dont be wanting to eat no where else ☹️ #SoAddicted

I ordered applesauce for my daughter with her meal instead of the fries and they gave her fries instead of the applesauce even though it was correct on the receipt. I went through drive-thru and my daughter is two so Im not going to get off and go inside for them to fix the order. How about your employees pay better attention to what a customer ordered and dont just assume its fries.

The turn lane going west on 380 is crazy. You almost have to play Russian Roulette in order to make it across. Im not sure if they have a protected arrow because one never popped up but if they dont they need to get one here. Luckily there are some nice people that will stop and allow you to go but its not always like that. Beside that issue, this chick-fil-a is very nice!

Jessie, Manager on Duty, if you ever read this, my life sucks right now and your gesture of kindness really brought a glimmer of hope into my life. My car broke down in the drive thru and he saved me! He left the store at rush hour and brought me home! Please accept my deepest gratitude! Also, the Chicken Cobb Salad was awesome! BEST STAFF AND FOOD EVER!! My review is not about food, its about playground and how clean this place is. As a mother of two Im always concerned about the cleanliness and appearance of the place my kids are going to play (well for healthy issues) and this place is the best one weve ever been, its ALWAYS! clean and it doesnt smell bad like other places

Extremely friendly and professional staff work hard here to make every visit pleasant and they provide consistently great service, as well as fantastic quality of food. The restaurant is brand new as of late 2016 and is kept clean and tidy. Drive-thru service is routinely quicker than at other fast food chains....another plus! Thanks.

This place has a slow drive thru and Id say 40-45% of the time something in my order is wrong. Im all for free food but Id much rather get what I came for and be on my way the first time. Accuracy is key! That aside the friendly service from their employees is very high!
