HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked in on my 30 minute lunch break for the first time ever. Its set up something like chipotle with the cafeteria line style serving. Naturally, Im expecting to be asked down the line what I would like in my dish. The first thing the employee "blanca" asks me as i walked up is "do you want chicken." I replied "sure". So she tosses whatever chicken she chooses onto the tortilla. The menu clearly offers 2 different choices but apparently the decision was already made for me. She then asks do I want Pico de gallo, I said no and she continues to toss some shredded cheese onto the tortilla. Then then folds the tortilla and puts it in the grill. I asked the lady at the register if I had the option to add beans and rice and whatever else I would like to my dish and she said I do. When I told Blanca that I wanted to add these things she then pulls out cups, I guess to give me them on the side. I told her that I actually wanted them inside but she didnt ask or give me a chance before she put my food on the grill. The manager then walks up and said "well people dont normally add those things". I said "okay well I would have liked to add them but I was not asked". She manager Felipe then has the nerve to say to me "We dont have to ask you". At this point my 30 minute lunch was spent and I just left. Hungry and headed to finish out my 12 hour shift without a meal. Thanks!

I do love the food but they stole $19.00 from me. I ordered online and spent $19.00. When I went to pick up my order they were closed!! The website said they were open until 9pm. I ordered my food at 7pm. I tried contacting the corporate office but they will not return my emails. I would call the corprate office but there do not accept calls only emails. So in the end I spend money on food I never received.

The website specifically says this location closes at 10pm. We were sitting in the patio area, when we were told that she was about to lock the doors (it was only 9:20pm ) after we explained we hadnt ordered she expressed that we should, because they close at 9:30pm. I work in customer service so I didnt appreciate the rush. Even if they do close at 9:30 the verbiage should be customer service oriented.

It was horrible, My tortilla was stale and hard... the lady while checking me out was on the phone chatting with friend, rang me up wrong. I contacted the corp office and they have yet to respond.. Its been a week now. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN

Awesome food! Why waste time going to any other taco place in the area. No other place matches the quality, flavor, price, or friendly customer service! This place is phenomenal. I wish they were in Las Colinas or Frisco.

I have been eating at Qdoba for 15 years and so I make the trip out to this location which is the closest one to me to get my Qdoba fix! My loyalty card is so old I had to get a new one the last time I was there.

We always get a quality meal here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have never left there hungry. Always a good alternative to the standard tex Mex restaurant. We eat there often.

Menu has changed so many times, selection has gone down, price goes up. Quality is fine and staff is ok. Its a 1 - 2x per year sort of place but not a regular stop for us.

I absolutely love Qudobas! Been a customer since they where off of cooper near the parks mall. Their food is delicious and fresh. Love that they are a lot closer to me now.
