Horrible servicio...... Necesitaba una orden de pollo para una fiesta ( catering) me hicieron un presupuesto por teléfono y cuando voy a negocio para pagar y dejar listo mi pedido me atendieron terrible, el hombre de la caja más lento y se muere, esperamos media hora para que nos atendieran y para acabarla me hicieron otro presupuesto en donde tenía que pagar más de lo que estaba establecido vía telefónica, obviamente no lo acepte y salí hechando chispas del lugar, Horrible, Horrible.....

Venimos a comer un pollo y unos tacos en el pollo regio de lewisville . Mal servicio, todavía voy a preguntar si mis tacos ya estaban listos y dijieron que ya mero estaban listos . Cuando regreso 15 minutos después dijo que ya me los abria comido . Me quedan viendo bien veo me dice que me los va a hacer denuevo rapidito y espero 10 más minutos.

Compré unos tacos más un pollo entero y los tacos jamás salieron! Aparte que el manager con una actitud tan negativa, no le estaba pidiendo nada regalado simplemente pedía por lo q yo había pagado, nunca salieron los tacos y no querían regresarme el dinero por los tacos que obviamente nunca llegaron a mi mesa

Great grilled chicken! Back in the day living in Austin the location did not have English speaking employees so we would order the easiest menu item, Whole Chick Meal. To this day, this is the only thing I have tried. I have been satisfied ever since. The Lewisville location is on par with the others. I have only used drive thru so if you told me their was a live circus inside I couldnt dispute you. The chicken is boss and the Verde sauce that comes with it is ridiculous.

All of the Pollo Regio restaurants have absolutely hands down THE BEST chicken imaginable and fast. (I like the red sauce.) The rest, sorry but not memorable and slow as they are made when you order. FYI they put ham on their hamburgers. Funny. They also have Military discount, close to buy 1 get one free. But you must ask for it. The rice and beans are excellent. Now to go get lunch for the Nth time. We normally go to the one on NW Highway at Bachman Lake.

The chicken is amazing. ** Must try with the green salsa. ** There is also a play area inside if you have little ones to keep them entertained. This location is bigger than any of the Pollo Regios locations. The facility has always been clean. The staff isnt very friendly, but thats okay you are there to eat some delicious chicken, not socialize. They have great lunch menu options and prices.

Every restaurant I have been too, was filthy. Restrooms smelled of urine. The toilets and sinks were dirty. Trash cans full and trash on floor. Dinning areas had trash on floor and tables werent bussed. The kitchen areas werent much better with filthy shelves and counters above the food prep areas. DISGUSTING...

A different take on chicken, and a good one at that. The problem with this spot is consistency. Im not sure if Im going to end up with the best chicken ever or something that tastes like its been sitting around for a while.
