I normally dont worry if a order of mine is messed up.... BUT THIS CHICK screwed it up from the BEGINNING! My honey and I pulled up ordered the A1 Burger and instead of Fries he wanted TOTS! now, I know it gets hard to HEAR with thousands of things going on. I fully understand, but COME ON!!! we SAID it 6x! TOTS INSTEAD OF FRIES!.... ( come on seriously! ) Well, then when it came for me to tell them what I wanted... I thought maybe they will at least get this right.... WRONG!!! >< My honey told her I wanted a 6PC. CHICKEN STRIP BASKET.... She then asked "and what to drink?" he told her.... and we thought well she got it! THEN we went to the WINDOW, the total she told us was WAY OFF! well come to find out, she.... didnt charge us for the CHICKEN STRIP BASKET! well then, it went downhill! We told her to LISTEN! and REPEATED: A 6 PC CHICKEN STRIP BASKET W/TOTS 10X LATER!! she gives us our shake, and the drinks tells us to chill by the palm tree cause they were SUPPOSEDLY make fresh strips.... so she comes out with our order and IM PISSED! (we check our orders now cause of this reason.) and NOT ONLY DID SHE MESSED UP MY ORDER, SHE CHARGED ME FOR THE WRONG THAT SHE MADE! My Honeys order was right to the tot! but like Ive TYPED 3x ALREADY...I WANTED A 6PC CHICKEN STRIP BASKET!......I DID NOT GET MY STRIPS! instead I get this POOOOOOOR EXCUSE of a STRIP sandwich, w/ 1 1/4 pc of STRIPS on it a nasty piece of tomato, a soggy bun and turning lettuce... Thanks for nothing CHICK.... i wouldve given NO STARS but it wont let me so.... enjoy..... SEE HOW ONE PERSON with a FREAKING ATTITUDE and MINDLESS, CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE, CAN SCREW UP A DAY! Yeah, and SINCE IM NOT EATING THAT RUBBISH , I will eat later, thanks again for a crappy experience.... say what you will about my rant, Im mad, and hungry.

Normally spot on but today it was just awful me and my husband ordered 2 belt busters w/ cheese and fries and a drink. No onion ketchup and mustard on the burger. The burgers did not have ketchup on them the fries were cold and soggy when the lady brought us our food my u USB and asked for more ketchup she didnt even acknowledge him!! Basically handed us our food and walked away. The buns were cold on our buyers. I couldnt even eat half on my because it was drowned in mustard. Pathetic just pathetic sad thing is our receipt says everything right but nothing was. Wont be coming back for a while if at all. Waste of almost $20 on inedible food.

This Dairy Queen was DIRTY!!!, Bathrooms were nasty, food all over the floor, glass windows on food displays were all smeared up, the waffle cone display was all smeared up and there was a fly on the waffle cones, the counters and tables were dirty, the work area/food prep area was beyond gross with food and trash all over the floor. The public health department needs to inspect this place. 6-4-15@8pm

Whatabuger can be king, in and out can be prince. But Dairy queen is Dairy queen all beef pattie and all the best ice cream. Never had a problem with my order and everything is fresh and hot. Just good for a fast food establishment. Its truly the stop sign of texas. #TexasStopSign. Does whataburger have a stop sign ? nope . Does in and out have a stop sign? heck no.

worst fast food experience I have ever had. my mom and I went in there and asked for two HOT FUDGE SUNDEAS. they gave us vinalla with a little cold fudge. plus our salads took ten million years to get to us. I have been to a lot of dqS and I know what a hot fudge sundae is suppose to look like. never ever going back.

Way over-priced; plus the order was totally wrong! They charged me a dollar for a preceding of cheese on my burger - got it home &there was no cheese. Other issues as well, and contacting them was useless.
