Never have I had such bad service! They were busy when we went but our waitress was terrible. When we finally got our food after about 45 minutes, it was cold and she never came back again to refill our drinks, ask if the food tastes fine, or give us our check when we were done. I have never not left a tip befor but I was forced to this time. She did nothing for us she didnt even bring us our food when it was ready some one else did. She walked by us about 5 times and never asked if we needed anything but she helped all the tables around us. Finally she looked over and saw us so we asked her for our ticket and left. We probably couldve walked out and not paid and no one would have noticed for minutes that we were gone.

Awesome food as usual. I dont really like the layout of this restaurant, it seems like the bar is favored while the seating is pushed to the side in terms of importance (understandable, as its a sports bar). The seating was cramped at our table, causing our party of 5 to take up 2 tables. Otherwise, wed be getting up close and personal with total strangers - not necessarily the best thing. But on to the food again....arrived quickly and was delicious. I had some sort of a burger with chicken tenders on it, and blue cheese, and WHOA was it good! Cant recommend the eats here enough.

Generally enjoy Bdubs, but not here. Food took 30 minutes. My husbands sauce was wrong on wings. My Mediterranean salad was lettuce, red peppers and a few carrot shavings. No tomatoes, Kalamari olives or cucumbers. When I suggested this to server, he said "I brought you the Mediterranean". I suggested he notify chef. No response, paid $11 for base garden type salad and pita chips. Wont be back there! They could take lessons from the Brookings South Dakota B dubs! Theres one who knows customer service!

This place is garbage. No UFC fights, terrible atmosphere, even worse food and probably the most unfriendly staff I have ever met. Notice how the only positive reviews have no description...because they gave people incentives to go put them there. I have been to BDubs in over 4 states, and this is literally the worst wing/sport establishment I have ever been in. If you want a waste for your money, this is the place for you. If you like feeling like you spent your money well, go anywhere but here.

Love the food there, but if you didnt know that Bdubs food is good, get out from under the rock that youve been living under. Service could be better. Not blaming the servers because it seems to me like their superiors dont respect them or force shifts on them because they dont have enough workers or something. Just a little bit of a hostile feeling I guess. 5 stars if the managers step up and do their jobs to make the waiters/waitresses have a better feeling coming in to work.

I went there for my sisters birthday and immediately got a table, but it took 30 minutes for a waiter to arrive and see if we needed drinks. Then it took them an hour to get Chile cheese fries. When I received the fries they were old soggy. I immediately left. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience as this. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered online and it was said to be ready in an hour. So went to pick it up and gave them the name i ordered under 5 times and they had nothing under the name phone number. Then were rude and looked at me like i was stupid. For being a forst time customer. Will advise evryone not to go there in the future!!!!!!!

I have not been recruited to post a positive review. I have been to this BWW several time to eat in as well as take out and never had a problem. Maybe the service was slow but I didnt pay attention because Im trying to have fun and relax and not be an a-hole.

Worst service and management dont know how to run a restaurant. We walked out bc it took over 45 minutes to cook our food and we were the only table. They tried making us pay for horrible tasting mix drinks....HORRIBLE!

I was by myself in town for business and sat at the bar. The bartenders were very responsive and took care of me. Place was clean. Wings were good. They always turned on the game I asked them to. Great experience.

Daytime bartender lady sucks. Bar tending is the easiest job Ive ever had and shes on days and I still have to get up and chase her down for first drink and most refills. Tired of getting up to get served.
