If I could give this location in conroe a 0 I would, Since my 19YR old daughter was killed We have been eating out Alot for my husband & son,we go here at least 2X -3x a week In beginning ,all was ok Started getting food to go ,as u wait sometimes in line 30 minutes or the pans are empty ,especially the teriyaki chicken ,we Got all the way home this last time after complainING how small they have started giving the portions,even the 2 entree dinner Its like you are getting getting 2 tablespoons of each entree and very little noodles or rice ,They are always busy ,but seem to have time talking between each other, Management needs to come in As they are gonna start losing business Id rather go now to the woodlandd FOOD COURT AND GET BETTER SERVICE FOR WHAT WE ARE PAYING, ALSO SODA ,NAPKINS WERE OUT LAST NIGHT . NO MORE FOR OUR FAMILY.

Panda Express has very good food. Its a bit pricey but not too bad. The food is very good but the review only gets 1 star for three important reasons. 1. The dinning area is not comfortable at all. 2. They pester people about donating their change. This is incredibly annoying. If they want to have a donation box available for people to give on their own thats fine but stop pestering your customers. 3. They are sooooo slow to serve people. They never have enough help so people line up out the door. This is ridiculous. Hire some help for Petes sake.

Honestly if the food isnt left out for 20 min - 40 min then youll have to request it, making you wait another 10 min before they can complete the order. I was really disappointed. The pans are scorched from sitting out so long on the burners and the tables are sticky. Thankfully the staff was nice and dealt with my attitude, they could tell it wasnt them, it was the fact the choices were scarce as I was in a rush- dried out leftovers or late and aggravated

First time I went here when manager was present it was Great, since then its always dirty and the staff play on their phones instead of service the line to the door. When you get your plate its half full and the bathrooms were not clean the last 4 times Ive gone here. Finally said enough and Im not going back after the 5th time running into a certain staff member that is not helpful and would rather play games behind the counter then assist guests.

I eat here a lot, it is good food. Its sad but it is some of the better Chinese food in the area. Unfortunately the lines can get long and they only have 1 person filling orders. I have waited over 30 minutes just to get to the counter. They need to get more staff during the busy hours to get the line moving faster.

Ordered online and it said to give them 15 minutes. Showed up in 18 minutes. No food was bagged or even ready. She began boxing up the order and said I will have to wait for the teriyaki chicken. Waited 12 minutes for them to finish. Total of 15 extra minutes waiting. Food is good, service not so much.

great food at this location but they need to extend there hours to match the Huntsville location and they stop making more food about 30min to and hour before closing witch i understand why. but there needs to be a way for them to cook 1 portion at a time instead of a line bowl.

Claimed to open at 10:30, I showed up at 10:45, the doors were locked and the staff was standing around the counter. Instead of opening the door or giving us a time frame one lady pointer towards the door and the whole staff laughed. Terrible service!!
