Recommend? YES! Atmosphere is quiet, welcoming. Firehouse decor makes it feel retro and cool. Great painting on the wall and plenty of natural light. I ordered Italian sandwich combo for $9.00. I hope its similar to other places Italian sandwiches, but better. UPDATE: Man, that was great! Juicy and refreshing with no loss in softness in the bread. Meat, veggies, sauces, and cheese work well with the wheat bread. I dont know what they do, but it is right! This may be my newest favorite spot. I gotta try the other sandwiches! Service is attentive, clean, quick, friendly. Accommodating with the order and fast with food. Great professionalism. I came here 07/05/2016, around 01:00 PM.

Troubled Hook

Nasty gross....i was in a hurry to get back to work but they took forever to make my LITTLE sandwich. No veggies or anything and i ordered fully involved. I was in such a hurry after waiting 20 min. For a sandwich that was way over mayod and had nothing on it except meat and cheese (which was cold) just to not be able to return it due to time. One bite and i threw it in the garbage. Soggy soggy soggy. Ive had a different firehouse before but they were fantastic. So that being said. $10 lunch in the garbage and im making a phone call to the gm. I dont ever do this but WOW. I dont Know about you but i work hard for my $$$ not recommended!!!

I love firehouse subs! This location, however, has been a disappointment 75% of the time. Tonight was no exception. Meat was super cold. Bread was soggy. They used Dijon mustard instead of the ranch and I was not surprised. Although I checked it there before heading home (because they cant seem to ever get it right) I waited too long for it to have them remake it .... Ugh.

A total disaster coupled with the worst possible customer service. At least they were consistent: Three sandwiches were ordered and all three sandwiches were wrong. Somebody obviously cant read because the orders were properly listed on the receipt. When they were returned, they were rude when issuing a refund. Not even a hint of an apology. OFF TO SUBWAY!!!!!!

Prime rib abs cheddar on a whole wheat sub, was extremely good tasting, the staff were helpful, and the manager was kind of funny yet professional. He had a bell which he rang in series of 3 around the back areas of the restaurant. I remember him saying something like "Lets keep it moving, moving, moving." interesting motivation system there.

Firehouse is general is great, unfortunately the lobby was empty and waited 15-20 minutes for a sub. Then when I received the sub was made incorrectly. (good thing Im not allergic to mushrooms) Took it to the cashier who then tried to blame the error on me.. Wouldnt recommend this location.

Great food but the service sucks. I dont care if you dont like your job. That is no excuse for being rude to customers. Steve W. is horrible (apparently he doesnt like gays) and we definitely wont be coming back. Definitely not a place to go if youre part of the lgbtqia community.

Its Subway-like quality, I was hoping for something with better quality meat, flavors, etc. The cheese steak sandwich meat had zero taste but the turkey was fine. Good customer service though as and nice employees.

Usually Firehouse has great service and food. This location lacks the service..BIGTIME! I couldnt believe how badly we were treated here. Never going back to this location.

The employees are not the greatest. Customer service is not great. They get my order correct at least but I always have soggy bread? I wouldnt recommend this location

Good Burritos for a great price. Nice environment. Sometimes it takes 10min until you are up, but thats not unusual for a popular place. The interior is splendid.

Prices are fair, sandwiches are good in the variety of hot sauces are amazing I dont remember anything spectacular about the staff so they must have been alright

Its a chain with consistent service and ingredients. You cant really go wrong. Its a bit pricey over Subway however you get what you pay for. 5 Stars!
