We moved from Montgomery and used to go to the B dubs in Conroe all the time and had a great time, we also like the one on 2920 and in college station. So after moving to the woodlands, im a coach and teacher in the area we decided to hit up this one. The first time me and my family along with my parents sat down and the experience was not too bad. The waitress was not very friendly and looked like she wanted to be some where else but the food was fast and delicious. We were sitting in the bar area at a table top. So the second time my family and I went on 60 cent boneless Thursday night. We had gotten out late and wanted to eat out instead of cooking then home for the kids to get to bed at a half way decent hour. We say in the dining room area at a booth. When the waitress came it seemed like it was going to be a decent dinner, she seemed happier than the one before. I we were going to share a big order of wings and i asked how many we could order with the 60cent, was it 5 or 6 for a sauce etc. She said they come in groups of 5. So we ordered some fries and 30 wings to split for the family. It took about 30 mins later which is not too bad since they were busy but then the waitress came out with regular wings. I said its boneless 60cent wing night, we wanted boneless. She informed me that i ordered traditional and she had made sure that was what i wanted as she kept unloading the food. She was getting snappy at this point. I said im sorry maam but we wanted boneless wings since its boneless night. Visibly disturbed and angry she retorted with thats fine and snatched the food off the table and said ill put it in but you ordered regular in a how dare we attitude. My wife was blown away and the kids were shocked and they agreed i never said traditional wings. At this time we decided it was too late to wait another 35 mins for the kids to eat and then head home because of school. I went to the waitress while she was at the terminal and said Hey dont worry about it we need to get home and get the kids to bed. She let out a huge UGH! I already put it in! with the biggest scowl ever. I said sorry and she said FINE ill cancel it and stomped off. We will not be back again and will drive the extra distance to 2920.

(19075 Interstate 45 Frontage Rd #100 Shenandoah, Tx 77385) This place is the worst!!! Ive had better experience at a McDonalds or Taco bell than here!!! Ive been 18 times and all 18 times the wait staff was horrible!! Its very sad that I live right by this location and I have to drive all the way to Conroe just for better service and food. Ive gone during different times on different days and its still the same thing over and over food takes an hour plus, for some reason my appetizers always seem to make it out after the meal, when Im done eating it takes another 30mins to receive the bill and then another 30 for pick-up and then another 30 to either get my change back or my card... if I got up and just walked out Im sure no one would notice. You can tell this is a franchise and not a corporate running restaurant because of the lack of management and it always seems dirty the whole 3 hours Im sitting there the tables around me are dirty and stay that way for the majority of the time. oh and I really enjoy being able to see inside the kitchen seeing everyone eat while around the guests food really makes me hungry and then handling it yup thats what I see every time I go in oh and the fact that you never see a manager or the whole wait staff is sitting in the back talking may have a lot to do with the lack of pretty much everything. I would love to see the ratings at this place if it was ever mystery shopped or if a health inspector was eating there. I wouldnt put my name on this place if I was BW3....sucks that I have to give it even one star

we were here 9/26/14 friday night my husband, my self, and two young children sitting closest to the bar. a guy with a hat was our server wish i would have got his name to speak with their manager but our children are 2 & 5 and were ready to go. We live right around the corner from here and went out to dinner, this man was very very short with us, at certain times very sarcastic when my husband asked a question. Then If we asked for something and needed to add something additional he would quickly say okay cut us off and get the first thing we asked for. when asked for the 2nd thing he cut us off at previously, his tone was just COMPLETELY RUDE! He cut myself off as well when i was going to ask for a box and refill.. all i was able to get out was box and he just left compeltely doing it intensionally. We are not nagging customers nor do we plan to ever be but this was just purely rude. He either A was ready to get off work and hates his job or B is just a rude person period. I hope the manager can see this reveiw and question this man. I have been here before with EXCELLENT service BUT not with this guy.

WARNING WARNING DO NOT TIP STAFF, YOUR BILL ALREADY HAS GRATUITY ON IT. NO MATTER THE SIZE OF THE PARTY. We went there saw that there was a gratuity on the check changed the amount due people paying cash over tipped waitress. We had Savanah, horrible service. We waiting 15 for a box and then an additional 10 min for a check. Refills were slow. took forever to get the food. Which was Ok and that is being nice. I can get better food at a local ice house. Well I changed the tip on the receipt.But Ms Savanah thought it was ok to charge what she wanted so she charged me the gratuity and the tip i left. THAT IS FRAUD. Called spoke with Manager Trung, whom told me she couldnt have fixed it her self but a manager could have. I told him of my issues with the service and food and never once offered an apology or anything. Just kept making excuses for this young lady. If you choose to go to this horrible establishment becareful!!!!

My visit was at about 9:30pm on a Tuesday and the place was thrashed. The floor had mashed french fries and litter all over, i had some weird sticky stuff at my place at the table that i had to clean off, our server mixed up the drinks on our separated tickets and she forgot about the garlic bread that came with my ceasar salad, there were people screaming at the baseball game on TV (I understand that this is basically a sports bar but people screaming is a bit much), and the place was just cramped in general. I visited this establishment because I had some foreign colleagues who wanted to but I dont think any of us would visit again by choice. I rarely leave non-positive reviews but this place felt more like a poorly managed Chuck-E-Cheese than a restaurant. Overall, it was disappointing because I have been to different Buffalo Wild Wings franchises and all of the other ones were great.
