We were house shopping on this side of town and did not finish till late. So I tought that it would be nice to stop for dinner before heading back home. With only aboout 6 tables occupied there was no reason for poor service. Cooks and other staff members were just hanging in the dinnng room. My sons steak was over cooked, ordered medium it was well done. My son and i both requested blue cheese melted ontop of our steaks, it was served cold on the side. After initial food delivery we were asked if we needed anything else, then we werent checked on until we were done. My wife still left a tip because she is in the industry but that server truely missed out. Had we received good service and had our order come out correctly she rarely tips less than 30%. We do not recommend this location. I would hate to experience what its like when more than 6 tables are occupied.

Ich kann das Outback Steakhouse in Conroe sehr empfehlen. Das Restaurant ist ein bisschen gediegener und nicht so laut, wie viele andere beliebte Restaurants. Das Essen, egal ob Steak, Suppe, Fisch oder Nachtisch war sehr frisch, top gewürzt und schmackhaft. Preise sind etwas gehobener als in anderen Restaurants. Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Restaurant war sehr sauber. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

I wasted 2 hours of my life and a whole $50. First to start off I waited 10 minutes before I even got a drink. Then it took a whole 45 minutes before she came over to take our order. While in the middle of ordering she walks a way and says shell come back and we didnt see her for another 30 minutes. Our food was over seasoned and we never got a refill til we made the host refill it. It was so bad there was 2 tables that got up and left because of how horrible the service was and never once did a manager come by and check on tables like most restaurants. So I will no longer eat at outback nor will I tell any of my friends and family to go there.

My gf said I have to be nice so here it goes....waitess was great-mgr was prompt to apologize for BAD food. We have eaten at other outbacks...mainly out of state but here the cheddar broccoli soup was awful....I actually think it was spoiled. We opted not to take a chance in getting another soup. When we got our meals, my girlfriend ordered mash potatoes. ..one bite and I thought she was gonna hurl....I tasted them and the look she had on her face was accurate.....they were definitely spoiled!!!!!! Either this stuff was sitting too long or the milk was bad....either way, I dont think I can bring her back here ever again.

Service was top notch, the food was not so much in my humble opinion, had the Victoria fillet and snow crab house salad and brockly with cheese. The steak was cooked as ordered (medium) though wife and I both thought the cook stubbed his toe on the salt, the crab legs were old I think and probably over cooked (you know how overboild shrimp is hard to peal?) Same idea here it was just plain hard to get. The brockly was exceptional, sadly the best thing on my plate. Did have a very nice summer cocktail, a Castaway Cocktail, something ya just gotta try. The Outback did send us a nice desert for our anniversary

We really liked the wait staff, they were very friendly. However, the cook under cooked our kids chicken and it was served partially raw. We didnt realize until our oldest son complained of cramps and he said the chicken tasted weird. Needless to say he spent the whole night in the restroom. The manager gave him a dessert as a "sorry", that he couldnt eat because of the food poisioning. I dont think the manager understood. Save the treat...fix the issue so this doesnt happen again. We will not be back to this location.

Had many good experiences but they lose 1 star because one time I ordered a steak it cam out looking like death and I said it should not look like this as it was a filet mignon and the manger came out and she basically did some non aggressive arguing with me telling me I was confused and this is how they look sometimes. I have had this there over 40 times and your gonna tell me im wrong? Other than that one time place has been awesome, but ever since that incident I go way less.

Service was not very good. My mom ordered a steak and salad. I ordered just a salad. She got her salad and a couple of minutes later her steak. She asked for steak sauce. As time goes by i stop the waiter to ask about my salad. It takes several minutes to get it. Had to ask for the extra dressing i had asked for and the steak sauce again. Several minutes go by again. Had to ask for refills. They were not very busy. Not happy!

Food was pretty decent, and service was decent as well. Overall the dinner went well except for halfway through the meal. A wild man emerged from under a nearby table and ascended onto our food with gusto. He proceeded to eat half our bloomin onion and stealing the heel of our bread, before running out of the building. Bewildered, we promptly paid for our meal and had the rest boxed up. Will visit again.

Restaurant is very clean as well as the restroom. Service was quick and very friendly. Our server, Zach, was very friendly, well-mannered and polite. I could tell that is his real personality and not just how he behaves at work. The steak was cooked to perfection and the wedge salad is just as good as Saltgrass. Location jusy off of I45 is convenient and plenty of parking. Definitely recommend.

Consistently Horrible service from this OB location. It sucks too, OB is one of my favorite places to eat. However after multiple trys, I have given up on this location. I dont know if I should blame the management or not. I just know the service staff at the Conroe Out Back location has been some of the worst service I have EVER received at a restaurant anywhere in country.

Horrible service, food not up to quality at other locations, got appetizers before my drink, mothers meal was wrong, brothers salad didnt come until end of meal for everyone else, all bills were incorrect. The only positive was the waitress was pleasant.. but apparently clueless. Oh and it wasnt even busy...lots of empty tables...never going back.

me, my wife and my mom had there the worst steaks ever. Prime Rip was ordered medium and came hard as a ROCK, other Prime Rip was ordered medium and came bleeding on the plate. filot mignon portabella was made ok but the portabella where not there. this location SUCKS!!!

Consistently good food and quality service. This visit to this location might have been just a slightly off night. Lights were bright inside and there wasnt music playing. Set the stage a little poorly. But, the rest of the experience was really nice.

This restaurant has been consistently great over the many years we have eaten there. Nothing in the Conroe area can compete with its BBQ as well as the best Burger baskets anywhere!! Its also the best value for your money--cant go wrong here :)

Not good at all. Service was horrible, food not cooked properly. Only person worth anything is the manager Ngyuen. She was super understanding and took great care of us. I would try this place again only because of her.
