I am really disappointed in how your business runs! My family was on vacation from Iowa and their vehicle was broken into at your South West freeway location on 7/8/2017 and their vacation was cut short due to this senseless act. Not only did the security on duty have no clue as to what occurred while she was supposed to be patrolling the area as that is her duty but also the cameras that you all have in place just so happened wasnt in the area of where we parked. We ask for a simple refund of our 3 tickets and clearly cannot get that because the owner of this company told the manager that was on duty that night that when you go to the mall and get broken into the stores in the mall do not refund your money. He stated he does not want to set precedence on his company. Seriously? That is the line you give when something like this happens? And then we are told this is COMMON at this location and for this area and yet you do not have MORE cameras or security on patrol? How does that make any sense. For a company that has been in business for 30+ years you would think that a refund of our money or any customers money due to this type of nonsense would not hurt you as a business. I am appalled that this is the type of business that is ran. It is very disappointing that the customer does not come first. I hope you all sleep better at night knowing this is common in your area at this location and do nothing to help prevent this or even a simple refund of our meal. I will be sure to make this known.

We had a graduation dinner we wanted to do there and more people showed up then expected. So we asked for a bigger section and point to an area that look like would fit our party. The person in charged was pretty rude to us and stated No that section is closed! He wasnt willing to accommodate us and it was not busy! We couldnt understand why he just put us in the section to make the customer happy. It was a really big turn off. My son was really looking forward to have dinner there for his graduation. Since they were so unwilling to help we left. Waiter lost anywhere from 300-400 tip. And they completely loss a sale and our respect! We will never attempt to go back to this Location! I guess there not use to large parties. Regardless unacceptable...

My coworkers ordered Guad for lunch for pick up. By mistake my tortilla soup was not put in the bag. I called and spoke with Manuel. He was apologetic. I decided to go to the restaurant to get my forgotten soup and chose to dine in. Manuel was actually at the front when I arrived. I decided to sit in the bar area. He escorted me to a cute little table perfect for 1-2 people. He gave me a complimentary queso and delivered my soup personally. Unfortunately, the queso was somewhat bland and the chicken in the soup was a bit tough. Didnt skimp on chicken but did on the avocado. There creamy jalapeño however, rivals Chuys. Ill try them again for a margarita and a lunch special sans soup.

FOOD: Food was ok. We ordered fajitas for two. DRINKS: were WAAYYYYYYYYY OVERPRICED. Although my mojito was great, my husbands Pina Colada tasted like it was rotten, so we sent it back but for an OVERPRICED MARGARITA. SERVICE: was ok. They put us on the outside patio and pretty much came to us every now & then. We had to stop our "chip guy" and ask him to send back drink. Would not go back because of overpriced items combined with lack of service. (Not a busy day or time either)

Not typical Mexican food. I used to think if I had one burrito Ive had them all. The flavors here are more bold and seem to be in perfect balance for Mexican food. It is a bit pricey but I believe in getting what you pay for and at the Guad you wont be disappointed. I eat here with a group of friends every monday evening. Try the brisket burrito, it is absolutely perfectly cooked with a pleasant smokey flavor. Oh, and the service for us is always excellent.

Good. Didnt expect it to be that good. Ordered the "Diablo" Deviled Eggs. Enjoyed them very much. Estancia Steak Salad is good if your looking for a little sweetness on your steak had it with balsamic vinagrette. Very good. Tortilla soup was good. Tex-Mex Enchiladas were well made. Very good. Even enjoyed the salsas with the tortilla chips. Service was great. Will come here again!

The wait staff is always very helpful with food choices, always with smiling faces as well. Great food that fulfills all my needs. Ask for Andrea (waitress this visit) Ahmed (our waiter from the first trip here, he was training then and saw us this time and welcomed us back) and any of waiters or waitresses who are sure to become your favorites each and every time you come back.

Pretty nice place. I went here for a party with a bunch of coworkers. Looking at the prices, its a bit high for your normal Mexican food restaurant, but for being in Greenway Plaza area, its totally cheap. Great great food, I also love the dessert. Definitely a place that Ill be taking someone on a date to someday.

Really poor service. My wife and I were there for 20 minutes and nobody came to our table to take our order, So we just left the place. We are from Austin and the reason we decided to try out this place was because of the good reviews but my experience with them was terrible, they really ruined our night.

Ive been coming here for the past 16 years and it is hands down the best restaurant Ive ever been to where the service, menu, and atmosphere is the best! My parents have been coming here for more than 20 years, way back before I was born and never had a complaint. It is really worth your money here.

Im not only Hispanic (spanish only) Im also a 4 diamond chef from san antonio. This place blew my mind. The flavors were amazing. If I could tell the chef in person something it would be " sir you have just exceeded my expectations". You wont be sorry if you try this I promisre.

Good, not great. Overpriced by about $3 an entree. Went there again today...the lunch special was Brisket tacos. I tried it; didnt like it. The brisket meat was tough and stringy, the tortillas were way too small for the amount of filling. Service was attentive.

The chicken and vegetable kabobs are so good, I havent tried anything else! Except, of course, excellent chips and salsas. Good service, good atmosphere, clean restrooms ...must have a great manager (no, I dont know this person lol).

I just ate here. Everything was so flavorful. The beef fajitas were so tender and juicy. The charro beans had big chunks of bacon. Even the salsa was perfect. I liked the decor, music, and atmosphere too. I will definitely be back.

Over priced, had a pick up order and they automatically added 10% gratuity, not sure why they did that, there was not server service involved, they just handed me the food and I had to pay an extra 10% for that. Not coming back...

Just a fair warning...the tortilla soup is very disappointing. It was sweet :( never have I ever had sweet tortilla soup! the quesadilla was bland. Also I agree with the other reviews, it is definitely overpriced!!!
