My husband and I walked in at 11 last night , and the staff were busily getting ready for closing while they dont close until 2.Everyone was acting like they were too busy to even wait on us. We go to sit down and it was clear that if you were not a regular that you were not treated well. There were employees going around to what seemed every other table than ours . Going to chat with the "regulars" and seeing if they needed anything . Not a single person did as much as look our way. I have been CRAVING crawfish for a few months and I see a girl get served a few pounds around 12 am, and I look at her and say hey those look great are they freshly made or are they old from earlier today and she tells me " no they are fresh and made to order" I say awesome ! I can get my craving at 12 am ... my husband goes to the bar and tried to order me some but they told him no and that they are only serving appetizers only lol but yet a regular just got served less than 6 inches away from me . What a freaking joke !! The ONLY nice thing about this place was the Guinness girl was walking around promoting the beer and was so nice and gave us our two free beers and was the nicest thing ever . But however when me and my husband both go to the bathroom I come back to sit down and there eager staff was taking our drinks away as if they were in a rush to get the hell out and we still had two hours left !!!!! When my husband when to pay he said he wanted to use cash and not the card on file and the guy said okay and then came back and had ran the card anyways . Didnt even show him an intermixed receipt . This was the WORST experience we have ever had and we dont get a chance to go out often seeing we have two kids . I am sure this is a cool place if you actually get attention and are a regular but they acted like we were pestering them and they just wanted to leave . No hospitality. I wish I could rate this less than a star. The whole staff needs an attitude adjustment .

After a evening of nasty cigarette smoke which I thought was against the rules here in Montgomery county and horrible service and nasty food we are now severely sick with food poisoning. The cheese sticks were cold upon being served. The bartender brought my sister the wrong drink twice and finally said well I looked it up and there are 4 ways to make the drink and we described it both times so finally my sister just said no drink and had just ice water. The beers were not too cold my father and some others said. The food came out and all 8 of us said how horrible it tasted. We all got something different too. My sister got the Frito pie and has food poisoning, I got chicken parmesan, my father got chicken fried chicken however they gave him chicken fried steak instead but he ate it anyways, my step mother received the kabob like Chicken things which were dry. The waitress was very slow and kept playing darts with some random guys and flirting with them rather than taking care of her tables. Place wasnt busy either but with it being the worst restaurant Ive ever been to I see why. Never going back. Dont go there unless you want bad service no drinks nasty food nasty cigarette smoke smell and to be sick like we are now from the food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE

There is a certain type of people who are best suited for this bar. I moved up here this summer and my wife and I used to go to a bar where you walk in, people know you, and your drink is there. We never thought we would find that again. Until we went here. The service here, the people, and the ownership is top-notch. It is not, by far, the classiest place in town, but like I said, you know who you are when it comes to whether youd feel at home here. Thats the point of this place. If you like a place that has no bullshit attached to a good time - here it is. If you want a good place to drink your ass off - here it is. I have lived in the Houston area for a decade, and I have been all over the country; I have never seen a place so well managed with a staff of people so committed to making you feel welcome. If you want your stuck-up places with a bunch of twenty-whatevers running around, there are plenty in The Woodlands, just Google "bars near the waterway." This is a place for the rest of us, and it is awesome.

Cough Cough... Smoking indoors? If smoking was allowed indoors I missed the sign on their front door. Every table I looked at had an ash trays. This is so 10 years ago... smoke filled the air, very smelly and uncomfortable getting second hand smoke. Outside seating was available, but of course Houston humidity was not allowing outdoor seating. NO CRAWFISH? Its May and still crawfish season. The menu online doesnt even match the menu in the bar. But food was okay other than the mozzarella sticks(very chewy and not seasoned) wings needed more sauce but the burgers were juicy. Service was great, 3 people were servicing us even though it was hard to identify who works there and who was a customer. Employees should have a name tag or color coded shirt for customers to identify who is an employee. Very casual attire. Clean restrooms and bright lighted bar. Will not return due to indoor smoking.

We decided to try out this bar for a celebration of our friend who just got back from his deployment in Germany and they had the audacity to kick him out of the bar for showing us his military ID. We went to explain that he was just showing us what a military ID looked like and they said it didnt matter without giving us a good excuse. Im a TABC certified bartender and I know that no rule or law was broken by him showing us his ID. We asked them what the reason was for kicking out the soldier who just got home and they didnt want to explain. Forever lost respect for this place who treated someone who put their life on the line for this country and then treated him like this when he got home from his deployment.

Definitely not a local, but decided to try it out because I was recommended this place. Walked in and got IDd and then went to the bar and got IDd again by the rudest bartender ever. Didnt even acknowledge me, and when I had to ask the bar back if he could get the bartender she looked at me and said "what can I get you?!" And I said Id like to order drinks and she said "yeah, obviously what do you want?". Well Im a bartender in San Antonio, and this was so uncool, lol so yeah if your new and wanting to try a cool bar, unless the bartender that was working here isnt working I suggest trying another one.

Really strange experience for me. I have Been to so many bars and have never been asked to leave. I was with a small group and we were "cut off" shortly after arrival for the appearance of being intoxicated. We did not cause any drama or fights nor did we act in any disrespectful manner. Clearly felt like a personal agenda towards us. Im not even upset as I am just shocked at how things unfolded. I would give a rating of zero if I could. Not a life changing event here, Im not bitter but I wanted to share this experience with others who may experience the same treatment as us. Cheers
