Over priced drinks also very gross !! The staff is ignorant and rude !! Im very disappointed in this place !! The drinks sucks very over priced !! Me and my husband waited so long to try it and was really looking forward to going, so we finally went on a Wednesday 7/13 about 7 pm when we walked in there was about 6-7 waitresses standing around the register that is in the back corner talking so we jus go and get our table there was only 1 left they was kinda busy, but not really their was plenty enough staff especially since the ones who was jus standing around talking . Well anyways we sat down and waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even come greet us or say hi can I get you something to drink or anything, but nope everyone was walking by us I wanted to leave, but my husband insisted that we jus stay and wait it out so I let a couple minutes go by I finally jus got up and got a waitress myself and ask her politely if she could help us she said jus one moment let get your waitress she then came back and said we didnt have one but she would take care of us ! Okay thats fine , but first of all how are we the only table in the place that dont have a waitress not only that but plenty of people seen us and jus continued to walk right past us like we didnt exist !! Very rude !! But we stayed anyways and jus let it go and decided to have a good night anyways . So after that we ordered our food the chicken wasnt done at all we didnt even eat a few prices we jus left them on the tray without complaining, after I ask our waitress can you please make sure they are well done extra crunchy thats how me and my husband like them, but that was a fail. Then we both got a really good 3 layered frozen drink we both liked them but I ask our waitress what was the one on the bottom she told me a hurricane so I ask her if I could get a tall one of jus the hurricane she brought me back my drink I start sipping on it and it taste really really sour it was making my stomach hurt I knew it wasnt no hurricane so me and my husband figured it out she brought me a margarita it was way way to sour I couldnt drink it so I ask her for the hurricane that I originally ordered so she said that was fine she left came back and said they dont have the frozen ones but they can make it on the rocks okay thats fine I will take it like that , when I got it I swear to God it taste like water grenadine and tequila it was very gross I should have jus kept the sour one that I couldnt drink so we got our bill and left . Today which is the next day Thursday I have 10 different transactions on my card of stuff we didnt even get what the hell is this I go to get gas at the pump and my card declined, so I checked it out and my 2 original orders was 27$ and 65$ I look I not only those ones but also 2 10$, a 23$ and a 20$ how do you explain that and I never like leaving my card open behind a bar but all of this was very unnecessary jus a very bad experience we even like to give places second chances but we never felt so uncomfortable and treated this way in any type of restaurant, bar or club and we go to a lot of different places !! Morale of the story is when we first arrived I felt like it was a race thing that we didnt get acknowledged because Im white my husband is black but Im jus Going to say you have very ignorant waitresses who didnt want to wait on us and kept jus walking pass and also never leave your card behind the bar , but everyone knows that it can happen that they will overly swipe and it happened once to many times last night!! I wasnt even going to write this but after all those over charges that jus over done it

First time at Prospect, nice atmosphere, nice music, food was good, waitress was very polite and helpful with helping us decide which drinks to order. Well after there for a couple of hours, friends had arrived and were still ordering, the Manager comes over and tell us that the waitress had made a mistake that this table was reserved and the people that reserved it had paid 150 and that we had to move, its a Saturday night like now its SRO, plus your not going to try to accommodate me and my party thats spending money, Im like well your waitress made a mistake now you as a Manager should fix it, well she send this "police" officer over to verify, and he tells us that we need to move. Well heck naw, jus cuz you sent a law we were suppose to move, well, we told them that we were not moving, so he tells us that we are breaking the law cuz if we had to be inconvenienced that we werent paying for what we had already ordered. He said that we could get a discount, we politely got up and walked. This is a very nice establishment but as for my experience with them and upon reading other reviews, you need to send your Managers to some Customer Service training, customer service is very important especially when one is spending their money. Thats bad business.

The place is okay if youre looking for a place to hang out and chill as a group or even as a couple. The food that we ordered came out at a decent time and was actually okay. The issue there is the fact that all the beer, spirits and etc are OVERPRICED. Margaritas are terrible and on top of that they charge you $12 for one in a plastic cup. The live music the night we attended was pretty good and majority of the mature crowd was actually only there for the live band; afterwards the young katz pretty much roam all over the place. The waitresses spend more time chatting with each other and dudes they know. For as many waitresses present that night we went, they seemed to busy, but unsure of what customers to check on and when, but they all seemed to keep their attention towards guys they knew at the bar or huddled up in their lil corner. Oh yeah, the biggest kicker to it all is that they (a sportsbar) hit you with embedded gratuity charges on your bill. Yeap! Anyway, overall its okay for a quick in and out for guys or girls night out, as long as the live band is playing.

Ive been here 2 times in the past week...Sunday April 30th...service was horrible & they barely had FOOD. It was only 5:30pm our waiter told us all they had was WINGS. No boudain balls,French fries,No crawfish and Etc....thats ridiculous. Then I went for cinco de mayo. it honestly wasnt busy at 6pm considering that it was cinco de mayo. Service was soooooooo SLOW.....we ordered as soon as we got there we didnt get our food until an 1 hour and a half later( I cannot make this up) i looked at the time we ordered and received our food and all we had was 2 appetizers. The service was so slow we didnt leave until almost 9pm!!! then we we got our check gratuity was added on and it was only 4 of us that had be a mistake!!!! we just paid the gratuity because we were irritated and ready to go.... the waiter was nice but she said the service was slow because there was "like 20 girls lined up at 2 computers trying to put in orders" so that was the hold up. I may not go back because service is just THAT bad.
