Wow, all I can say is wow. I have NEVER been to a restaurant where I have had to wait for an hour for the wrong food, cold food, and no drink refills. Pretty much was avoided by the waitress for well over 30 minutes. Got there early, not crowded at all.Two waiters for five tables. People around us were even wondering why they were getting their food before us. Had 5 children waiting for their food for an hour too. Thankfully, they were very well behaved. When my daughter went to ask the other waiter to get our waitress so she could ask about our food (who knows where our waitress was), he asked if we wanted our check. We said "Uh, no we want our food first". The food finally arrives, and the only thing hot was the mac n cheese that my 3 yr.old granddaughter had to wait to cool off! My salad order was wrong and when the waiter said he was sorry and he would go make the correct one right away, I said "No way am I waiting, I will just eat this one". My sons chicken sandwich was cold and when we told the waitress, she said she was sorry and would speak to the manager. He ate it anyway, because he didnt want to wait another hour. NEVER, EVER did we speak to a manager and the chicken sandwich was not comped. When my daughter asked that the manager come out and do his job, not leave the waitress to do it for him, she said,"Oh he wont come out"! As we were leaving the manager came out of the kitchen and when he made eye contact, he turned right around and went back into the kitchen. COWARD!!! If you want a stress free meal, DO NOT come here. That manager should be fired on the spot!

Letter I wrote to the CEO: My wife and our two daughters walked into the main dining area. There was a Caucasian kid with sandy blond hair with the name "Jordan" on his shirt leaning on the host stand watching a game on TV. He looked at us, and then turned back to the game. A tall African-American fellow whose uniform name was blank walked up, looked at us, then turned his back as well, leaned on the host stand and watched the game. Each of them saw us, and each of them turned their back on us to watch the game. The two of them left us standing there pretty much shocked and amazed at how rude they were. I asked another employee who happened to be walking by if I could talk to the manager. The two fellows at the host stand HAD to have heard, but they continued to ignore us. When he came out I told him what had happened and that they had lost my business for the night and probably forever. He looked pretty stunned and agreed that it was unacceptable, and asked if there was anything he could do. I was so irritated that theyd BOTH just flat turned their backs on my wife and kids that I had zero interest in giving BWW my money, so I left. Ive stayed pretty upset all evening, hence this message. I manage a team of software consultants. If I *ever* heard of one my staff members treating a customer with the level of disrespect, Id fire them. End of story. I hope youll take action against the to clowns at the front door. Theyve cost you a family of customers. I cant imagine going back to BWW.

I dont usually write bad reviews, but my husband and I had dinner here tonight and it was by far one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. I dont know if the waitress was new or having a bad day...or maybe both, but she couldnt seem to get our order right. She came back twice to confirm what we ordered. I ordered a salad that according to the menu was supposed to come with a sesame dressing. It took 10 minutes and asking several times before they brought the right dressing. My husband ordered ranch dressing, but never got it...but It was just easier to do without it after the hassle we went through to get my salad dressing. My husbands boneless wings were served in a paper tray. For a dinner that cost $26 for two, I would expect to be served in something better than a paper tray. After we finished, I had to ask 2 times to get a "to go" box. And to add insult to injury, the salad I ate had my stomach upset for several hours. Oh, and the bathroom was in need of some repairs too. Both the faucets were so loose it felt like they were going to fall off, and one of the two soap dispensers was broken. Save your money, and go somewhere else for dinner. The food is not worth the $$, and the service was terrible.

Ive been to most of the buffalo wild wings in the Austin area, unfortunately this is the closest one to where I live. This particular location has the typical food of the franchise, but their service is some of the very worst in the industry. They staff tend to stand around at the front desk a talk rather than wait on customers. And their service for to go orders is completely worthless. No one will go pick up the orders. Instead, they stand there talking about how many hours they are working that week (20 seemed to be the average). Even the manager went to check on our order and forgot to come back. Then he would walk by and remember ("Oh, Im checking on your order") 45 minutes later, cold, soggy chicken tenders. The management should gut the entire staff and start over. If I could have given the service a worse rating, I would have. If it was just a one night thing, I could say that theyre just having a bad night, but I go there more than I should, and its just their culture from the manager on down.

Went to grab a couple of beers for a friends birthday. It was about 10:30-11pm. enjoyed the atmosphere, and the waitress was fairly attentive. However, something that got me confused was their special : tall (22oz) Blue Moon $4. Now, when I got my bill for the birthday boy and mine (4) total, my tab was $18 and change ... I let it slide and ordered a regular pint since the conversation was still flowing; that tab came back at $5.13. I honestly didnt feel like arguing over a buck here and there, but once I did the math off the menu regular prices, they seem to actually either tax their alcohol or somehow there was a gratuity included on a 3-top table. *shrugs* oh well, other than that - I had a good time, but I suggest to keep an eye on your bill.

I dont know whats up with BW3s in Texas. I used to go to the original store in Ohio years ago (before it burned down and was rebuilt down the street) and always enjoyed it. In fact, it was a regular hangout for me and my grad school friends. For some reason the locations here always seem to mess things up. On multiple visits service has been extremely slow (waiting 45-60 minutes for some boneless wings and potato wedges), or they just mess up the order. It also has a large smoking section they try to seat you in and will sometimes give you nasty looks if you tell them no. Please make BW3s like I remember it - tasty AND good service!
