We are from the Pittsburgh area and were forced to be in Weatherford durring the superbowl. We were looking for a place to eat and watch the game. We had an ok meal but were total put off by the owner of the place who durring every touchdown turned the superbowl all the way down and screamed oh yea when the Packers scored, which would have been ok, but every time the Steelers scored he turned off the sound and boooed! I mean if the people at the bar want to cheer that is great but when the owner of the place makes an idiot out of himself! We left as soon as we could and were quite appalled as we were not the only Steelers fans there!

Have this place another try and was once again diappointed. Came in for lunch on a slow day. Was seated quickly then left their for almost 20mins. Was about to leave before the waitress came by and gave me the usual Im sorry I rodent see you cause you were alone speech. Took my drink order and walked off. Saw her go back and chat with other employees and waited another 10 mins for a water. After she set it down I asked if they charge for it. She said no so I left. Final time Im conning here

Food took forever. Food was cold. Pretty sure my server was shooting the poo in the kitchen and forgot she had a table. The bathroom looked like their had been a golden flood. Worst Ive ever seen. Seen animal stalls that would be considered sterile in comparison. As upside, I wasnt too hungry after seeing the bathroom. The other BWWS I have been to have been good. This one just sucks.

The service is unacceptable! The amount of money Ive spent here during business meetings will no longer occur. Worst service Ive ever had. I will never return to this franchise. If management is still reading this, learn from your mistakes. Its not the employees fault, management is to blame for this experience along with others. Poor policies also add too the very unfavorable experience.

Everytime we meet our friends at this place there is always a problem with the food being overcooked, flat warm beer and/or slow service. Tried to speak with the manager about these problems several times, thought it would help the situation. Guess not, she could care less about what her regular customers have to say. No more for us!

This place is disgusting. Dirty floors & tables! Plus the food is terrible too. Their wings are SO DRY! I asked for extra sauce & never got it, same happened with my drink refill. I overheard the waiters whispering about the nonexistent tip I left.. they looked shocked when I told them they needed to be re-trained.

Service was slow even though we ordered ahead of time, orders were wrong or short of wings first time here wont be a 2nd brought a load of kids on a bus most of them all had bad experience unfortunately we tipped before we received all our orders and checked .....90% of the orders were wrong

Service sucked!!! After waitress waited on 2 other tables that came in after me I decided that was not a good sign and walked out. Omg walked across the parking lot to Logans and I think they have better wings and I know the service is much friendlier

Horrible service almost every time i have been there. If you dont get what you ask for the first time, dont bother asking again, if they do bring what you request itll be after your food is cold. Tables are left dirty/sticky.

The only thing worth getting are the wings. Burgers are terrible unless you like pork sausage. The selection of drinks doesnt offer anything unique unless you like Omission gluten free beers, which I dont.

Like BWWs at other locations, second time here both times service was lacking, this time sat down and waited for service for about ten min no one came to get my order so left, guess Ill try somewhere else.

This BWW is awesome. They provide great customer service, equally great food and plenty of screens for football season. We find ourselves here most weekends when Texas Tech is playing.
