I waited 40 minutes for my wings that evidently were sitting there ready for 25 minutes before the guy decided to look at the name and give them to me. I was the only one waiting for to go food. I love wings but I wont be back.

The person who took my order on the phone really needs a lesson in people skills ... She just made me want to say forget it .. Shame too because I like there wings but Gonna go somewhere else for lunch next time ... Ugh!

Smoke 9 is addicting. I was a B Dubs fan before I got my hands on WS crispy smoke 9 wings. Awesome. These guys may not have the selection that B Dubs has, but they make up for it in awesome flavor and friendly service.

Worst service by snotty front clerk! Put on hold while she attended to personal business so I walked in and she still had bad attitude with only one other customer in there! She needs an attitude adjustment!

Really high quality food, particularly the potato salad. Nikki was especially friendly and helpful. Enjoyed it thoroughly and will definitely be back! (Open until midnight, too; very convenient.)
