Who is interested in reading about a story of poor management and mistreated employees? Last Tuesday I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my 1 year old daughter and some friends. The place was busy and our wait was long but that is no issue at all. Our server came by to take our order, when he started starring off into space then dropped and had a seizure. Since I was one of the initial witnesses to this event I immediately jumped up started yelling for help and dialing 911. A few servers and I were by his side in attempts to help him as much as we could, getting him on his side and moving tables out of the way. As I speak to the dispatcher on the phone she is asking me questions about the man . I tell her what I can from gathering information from his wallet. Not a single person could assist me with his age or medical history. The dispatcher asks me for an address. The MANAGER does not know this information. Fumbles with his phone until he figures out how to pull up google. Frustrated at the lack of concern and knowledge of the MANAGER I grab his phone and inform the dispatcher the address of our location. (Lake Worth) While all of this is going on I continue to help the man, speaking to him easily trying to keep him calm and on the ground and letting the other server girl who is helping know what to do. I find out from other employees that he was one of 3 people who worked a double that day and received no break or food. The MANAGER sat back at a distance and just watched. Finally the medics arrived. The MANAGER tries to explain the situation and cannot tell them anything since he had not partook in helping whatsoever. So I let them know the situation and what happened and what has been done, giving all the information about this guy that I can. Remember I have a 1 year old sitting at the table while I do all of this. 45 minuets later, after he has been carried off to seek medical attention I return to my table in hopes to eat and leave. No Thank You was ever received by the MANAGER. He asked if there was anything he could do (once our food came out) and that was it. I did not do what I did for some award or anything like that. But a simple thank you for the MANAGER would have been appreciated. I have wrote two letters to the location itself and the corporate office with no response. Please know I will never return. I will also make sure I let every person know how poorly you run your business. Thank you for all who took the time to read this, I hope you reconsider your choice to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Awful! Went in around 9pm on Saturday. I ordered 2 appetizers, chips, and a large boneless wings. When my family and myself arrived we knew exactly what we wanted. We ordered everything at the same time. It took 40 minutes for the appetizers. And then another 40 for the food. Our waiter was rude and had a terrible demeanor about herself. When weve received the appetizers they were fine. When we received the boneless Wings they were awful. They were too hard to eat. They didnt have any of the flavored sauce. When we asked the waiter to get some more of the flavored sauce she got an attitude. Still trying to make the evening good we tried to eat the hard Wings by picking off the breading. Underneath the breeding some of the chicken was not fully cooked. After my toddler indicated that he could not eat the food because it was so awful I became furious and demanded the check to leave. After addressing my concerns to the waiter she became more annoyed with our presence. I physically had to the manager with my concerns and he seemed to be annoyed as well. I couldnt believe the disrespect and rudeness of the establishment I will never go to it Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Our server Adrian was awesome, especially considering he was quite busy in the bar area. He took the time to still chat and make us feel welcome and was quick with our drinks from the bar. But the manager was HORRIBLE from the beginning. I came in to get a table for my husband, toddler, and me and found one in the bar without a wait. I asked the manager if we could sit there as she cleaned it off and she rolled her eyes and said "well.. yeah. Thats why its here." Ew. Then I asked for a high chair to which she replied, "just ask your server for one, they can get it." Double ew. Why wouldnt you just go grab one before my son actually got in here? She spent the rest of our time there walking around the restaurant and bar with her nose up in the air and not helping run drinks or anything. We love BWW but I am not thrilled about our experience this evening.

Terrible! My wife and i went in sunday night. We ordered mozzarella sticks, they were cold. As if they stuck them in the microwave for 30 seconds. Told the waitress, when she brought them back we had less than we started with, all they did was heat up the ones we had. The manager dropped them back off to our table and didnt apologize for the inconvenience of biting into cold mozzarella sticks. We ordered wings as well, they arrived about 30 minutes later, our wings were warm, not hot, warm. Some parts still cold. My wife wakes up Monday morning to food poisoning, throwing up since 5 am to now, which is 11am. This was a terrible experience, we wont be coming back.

So probably will not be coming back as we ordered 20 wings and apparently the kitchen staff was hungry. Three wings in an i uncovered a wing that had been bitten off and put in the middle of the platter.!!! The manager tried to say it had just come apart in the tossing process. Umm no it had a hunk missing. Yuck. Not to mention it took waay to long for it to come out and then as we get our food a couple of the cooks come out behind it and waited for us to start eating giggled and then went back in the kitchen... The waiter was awesome by the way but everything else was horrible.

Walked in and the host (his name was Zack to exact) told us that he was going to get someone to clean off a booth for us and it would take about 5 min. Another family walked in and the host immediately sat them in the booth that we were waiting on. We reminded him that we were waiting on it and he proceeded to mouth off to us. Called the manager over and he said he would "talk" to him. TERRIBLE customer service on the Hosts part. You do not treat customers like that. However, when we finally did get seated our server Tyler was AWESOME!

Ordered spinach and artichoke dip. Well the dip came out cold, the watieress had it heated up (microwave my guess). The beer on tap was not that great. The budlight tasted watered down might have been my taste buds idk. The waitress was nice enough to swap it out. That second fill was still not up to par, I delt with it. Seems like for a Friday night they where understaffed. The waitress was nice but just not content with the with the drink and appetizer. Ill listen to the reviews next time.
