Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service at the Waffle House off of Hebron and 121..... "Sarah" our server repeatedly told us WE were wrong about what she said. My brothers girlfriend was calling her mom to wish her a happy birthday when "Sarah" walks over and says "Are you calling corporate? because if you are you can ask THEM if i can take this off your order" Absolutely terrible service, no tip. never coming back. Thanks, but no thanks. I also ordered 2 waffles, but I didnt get my second waffle for another 5-10 minutes, how long does it take to make a waffle? Our table was also not equipped with syrup until we had to ask. She gave us an attitude the entire time she was checking us out.

My son brought me to eat at the Hebron Waffle House. I always love coming here. However today was busy. The restaurant was not as clean as it normally is. The waitress Sandra was not very courteous she came to our table with a dirty apron and she moved like she had been working all night. Slow as a tortoise. I was immediately turned off. Even if your establishment is busy. You should still keep it clean. I am fighting Stage 4 Cancer so if I get brought out to eat I want it to be a memorable experience. I will not be coming here again. We have been waiting for our food over 10 minutes. No waitress in site to explain why the food is taking so long . Get it together guys!!!

Disgusting place and very rude people just tried to go eat there today 8-27-17 at 3pm. It was as not busy at all. The bar was open and the counter tops were open as well. We wanted a booth bc looking at the countertops it was very disgusting and extremely dirty. Not to mention one employee was eating at one counter and the side counter by the soda machine was taken up by the employees with all of there stuff, calculators and receipts. We were not greeted at all and they were all just chatting to each other. Some looked like they hate there job. Thanks for trying to serve us a disgusting place with rude people and dirty tables. Need better employees that know how to clean

Waited. A bunch of other people left screaming. There were three staff there and one did nothing but stand around chatting. One on a grill. And one only helped one table in the corner. And only that table. We kept asking for a table. Everyone waiting was. And she just told everyone off. She half ass cleaned a table and then just left it there. When we asked for a table again she gave us the rudest attitude. She never once touched food, touched the tables or cleaned anything. Not the register. Nothing. She just stood there to the side and chatted. Dont waste your time waiting. Youll waste your evening.

Service has gone way downhill the last couple months. They act like it is an inconvenience to wash your table even though they can see the table is dirty. Start to take your order then midaway through just walk away into the back for 5 min leaving everyone at the bar waiting to order looking at each other wondering what happened. Then the old lady i guess her name was Glenda had a horrible attitude and got the order wrong. All this during a slow period i bet it is a disaster during the busy period. Plenty of other options to get a breakfast no need to come here.

Been coming for over a decade for the country ham breakfast. Every once in a while I mix it up and try something different. Waffle House country ham breakfast is the best breakfast in N. Texas. Order it with eggs over easy, raisin toast, hash browns smothered with grilled onions. Yum yum yum. I get ice water and coffee because I like a few cubes in my coffee. The staff keeps your cup full and I end up drinking three to four cups. Best service and best breakfast hands down.

The server Sandra made me feel rushed to order my food. She also seemed upset that I asked to see the Value menu! Which is my favorite menu at Waffle which provides 15 meals for only 5$! Sandras uniform was also very dirty from head to toe. Not a very nice site to look at when your eating breakfast. Food was great! And the atomosphere is what you expect at Waffle House. Sandra got to go though! Unless shes having an off day!

Poor service. Granted this was at 2am. There were 3 employees scrambling to cook and clean. They said they couldnt serve you just yet because they needed to clean the dishes. This was due to half the tables already serviced and the other half emtpy waiting to be cleared and cleaned. We were the 3rd set of customers waiting for a table. No offer of water in a to-go cup while you wait. We decided to leave after 20 minutes.

Friendly staff, but I asked for my order to be modified. The gentleman told me that it was no problem at all. I happily paid for the additional things I asked for, but I came home with my food all wrong. Ive called 3 times with no answer. I keep getting a message saying "were busy, call back". Funny because there were only 3 people in there just a few minutes ago...

If I could put no star I would, in this case me and my son waited over 10min waiting on the table to get noticed. No 3 waitress and a cook even look at us when waiting for service. There were only customers on 3 table and couples on the bar. This got to be changed!!! the people work in this location got to be retrained to serve customers. This happened in 7/8 after 9pm.

never want to order at this place again. I dont have time to spend at restaurant, that why I called to order it, and then I come to pickup, but 3 times I got the same answer that "we need u here to make the food"! ? WTH? If you cannot make the order, DONT TAKE IT. and do not tell with your customer that "your order will be ready in 10 mins". That is LIE!

The cook was spot on with his dishes but, the waitresses left him by himself with all kinds of dishes on tables and he was left by himself, to take orders, make the food, handle the customers tab, do dishes etc... The cook handled it with grace and soldiers on like a pro. He gets 5 stars. The staff that left him high and dry 1 star.

The staff is friendly, but the time we went they were understaffed, and no one cleared a table for us until we sat at a dirty table. It was a while before they took our order and brought us coffee. Overall the food was great, coffee was great.

All Waffle Houses seem to have 1 signature fly just greeting ppl and flying around. BUT, this is THE BEST Waffle House Ive ever been to. It is clean, friendly, fast. I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to go here.

Freddy is an awesome cook. He prepared the food to perfection. Everything I ordered special he cooked it just right. Kai the waitress never offered to refill my coffee even though I was her only customer at the time.
