Went in and right away I knew it was going to be a rough experience. Took over 5 minutes to be greated then another 5 minutes to get three iced teas. We noticed the menu has changed sense we were last there, its scaled down but not in a good way, i much preferred the old menu (4 months ago). Sat at 630 and left at 820, all we got were three burgers. They came out wrong and clearly had been sitting plus totally over cooked and the fries were completely soggy. This was after waiting about an hour. The server seemed to be new and he was fine for the most part, hell learn. The manager who ran our food, leading me to believe she knew what she ran was wrong, seemed to not care about about the mistakes and wait, barely mustered an apology. I understand they were busy, a simple sorry its taking so long or let me check for you goes a long way. We were given drinks and left to sit for an hour, then got literally the worst burger Ive ever got in a restaurant. Then had to wait almost 20 minutes for the check and another 10 after the card was taken. Ive been a server for over a decade so I notice these things, all in all it was a complete disaster.

Decided to have dinner here with the kids after they ran out their energy at the indoor park. Took 15 mins after being sat to get a waiter. Our drinks came fast but one of the kids drinks wasnt ordered (2 apple juices only one came) waited another 20 mins so we could order the kids food. Got chicken strips and sliders with cheese. That took 30 mins. The kids were pretty calm considering how long it took. When the food came, now cheese on the sliders. No worries, just bring a peice of cheese please. It took 1t mins nd three trips back and forth of "I am still waiting on that cheese" ..... My son ate most of the fries and his siter had shared her chicken, that we finally asked them to take the sliders back and off the check. How hard is it to go in the kitchen and grab a slice of cheese if they are so busy? It took over an hour to get two kids fed. We had decided half way threough waiting we would just pick something else up. I am usually a patient patron, but this was bad.

Wish I could give it less than 1 star. Im a forgiving person. Everyone has a bad day from time to time. But Ive given this place 3 tries now. Always telling myself my experience here was an "off night". But now it seems every night is an off night. Ever wonder when you drive by every other restaurant around them is packed but yet Fridays parking lot is empty. This time I just gave up . After waiting 17.375 minutes for an ice tea to arrive I gave up. ( Tea never arrived). Didnt even get to order food. If something that is 99.99999% water cant be brought to the table within the first 5 minutes of sitting then what am I to expect for the remainder of the meal. Dont go here - youll just leave Im frustration.

Horrible experience. Took close to an hour to get our food, it was cold when it finally arrived and our waiter totally neglected us. Management tried to step in, but the service was so poor I dont think well ever visit this establishment again. Multiple companies complained about the food and service and left. The food was not prepared to order and left unattended. I wholeheartedly believe in customer service as Ive worked in retail for the better part of a decade, but this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. Hopefully management and corporate take heed to these reviews as this establishment and possibly others will continue to lose business.

So Ive been here twice in the last two weeks. First time was Feb 13th and other then my steak coming out pink after I asked for it well done service was alright. I come back today Feb 22nd to try it again and I ordered the Jack Daniels iron steak and thats what I thought I received...so I ate it and not to mention the steak was full of fat. When I receive my bill she had charged me for a bigger piece of steak (12 oz )which was the New York Jack Daniels Steak. Her mistake yet I still had to pay for it. Not happy with service or how she handled her mistake because she tried to blame me for her putting my order in wrong. Just frustrated wont return!

EATER BEWARE!!!!!!! Thursday night 07/29 my bf and I ate here for the first time. I WILL NEVER ATTEND THIS LOCATION AGAIN BECAUSE I ENDED UP STEPPING ON A RAT! there was a rat under our booth that night!! It was very dim in the restaurant with little lighting making it hard to see! When I moved my foot under the booth, I stepped on something assuming it was my boyfriends shoe- I looked under the table at ASTNOISHMENT that I had actually stepped on a RAT!!! I was compensated a $50 gift card for my troubles LOL. do not eat at this location if you like a clean and calm dining experience. its hectic and dirty as hell.

Ordered takeout from lewisville Texas and it was a disappointment as I paid for a full meal and got what seem like a kids meal so I definitely wont be buying from TGI Fridays again but instead will spend my money somewhere else when I get what I paid for asure my meal was just enough to feed a child like 7 years old and my salad was all lettuce with one half of a tomato and no cucumber, no purple cabbage and I ask for avocado but got none so I strongly do not recommend this place for choice of a good meal. Very disappointed compare to few years when I use to buy from TGI fridays so you guys lost me as a customer.

I was very disappointed in our visit today. The service was extremely slow. We ordered appetizers that never even got put in the system so we ended up cancelling them since our entrees came first. They messed up on my salad and brought it out wrong twice. We waited almost 45 mins for our food. The place wasnt even that busy. A server dropped a plate right by our table and shattered glass everywhere. It was a terrible bday dinner for my dad. I do not plan on going back. The menu has changed a lot too and it is not as good as it used to be.

Chicken sandwich was burnt, wrong cheese on hamburger, wings were tough and fried cheese from sonic tasted better. This was an internet order and my husband said there was only a handful of people in the restaurant so Im left wondering why our order was messed up. The manager cant refund our credit card because we ordered and paid online. They can only remake the order thats all they can do. Oh, and apparently, its too much to apologize for their mistake. Hadnt been to TGI Fridays in years wont be back.

Going there, it was mildly busy, but we were still served immediately. The waiters, ours and the ones nearby, were extremely kind and social. Our waiter continued to check up on us, and he was extremely courteous. The food didnt take long to come out either. The main entree tasted very flavorful and well made, and the dessert was sweet and tasty. Also, sitting in this atmosphere was very relaxing. Its even funnier because we went on a Friday night. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.
