I went in on a weekday around 2:30 so the lunch crowd was gone and it wasnt quite as busy. I had been hearing how good their burgers were so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the cheeseburger by itself, which was $5.99. I like that you can put all the toppings you want on there at no extra charge. I added grilled mushrooms and jalapenos. I couldnt see myself paying $3 bucks for a small order of fries so I passed on the fries. Next time Ill probably get their burger and stop by McDonalds and get the value fries for a dollar. I placed my order at the counter and had to wait like 15 minutes for them to make it to order. The burger was really juicy and the meat was well-seasoned. It kind of reminded you of a burger that you cook on the grill at home. It had double meat on it so I didnt even need the fries, it was a big burger. I will definitely go back, but Ill call it in next time. I used to think Fuddruckers had the best burgers but I think Five Guys may have them beat.

The Fries were the best thing about this place. The price was the worst, followed by the bland boring burger. I got a burger, fries, and drink for lunch. $15. I could have gotten a better burger at Whataburger for $9 in a combo. The bun was just off the shelf bread, and the "grilled mushrooms" were straight out of the can. The grilled onions were barely cooked (The werent raw, but to call them grilled was a joke. I was expecting something close to caramelized for both the onions and the mushrooms. Nope.). The burger was nearly tasteless, and the bun fell apart, not keeping my burger together. The people were nice enough, and the fries, like I said, were pretty good. Theyd better be... they cost over $3 for a small (Which was plentiful as the staff filled the little cup it was served in and overflowed about the same amount more into the bag). In short, this place was about Wendys level of quality at two to three times Wendys price. I wont bother eating here again.

The burgers here really arent bad. The Cajun seasoning on the fries is nice too. For me, what ruins the place is the decor. The walls are plastered with Florida journalists calling their burgers "the best burger ever." This created a false expectation that ruined the burger when I got it. Like I said, it wasnt bad, but when youre expecting "the best ever" and get "meh" it ruins your lunch. Maybe they should redecorate and focus on local journalists who reviewed this branch and not on what people said about the original??

Im a big fan of Five Guys, this location included. I enjoy the food here, we often get a small fry and it ends up being enough to share between two people. The fries are quite good, the Cajun spice is pretty spicy, I prefer Five Guys style but its nice to change it up. Ive only ever ordered burgers and fries so thats all I can speak for. It is a little on the expensive side for a burger but it tastes good so its worth it every so often.

Excellent experience and the entire staff was really nice. Order was placed over the phone and everything was as ordered. Fries were cooked to order and I didnt request it. The gentleman who took the order suggested that my fries would be cooked when I arrive. They were CAJUN HOT. This was my 3rd time eating at this Five Guys and THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT ME. The food was great but the service was EXCELLENT ! Respectfully, Monica

OK first things first. When u go in bring a friend and order the small burger and get one order of small fries to split. Trust me. That eliminates the only complaint of price and serving portions. The burger is awesome, fries are great, and you can make a Frankenstein of a burger for no low balling extra $$. Easilly top 3 franchise burgers on my list. I traditionaly have "five guys Fridays" for lunch...

Pretty decent burger. You can add as many toppings as you want for free. You can even specifY if you want a lettuce wrap or no bun. Fries are good and peanuts offered are all you can eat. Its pretty expensive for what youd think. Cost me $17 for a regular burger, small burger, a large drink, and a water. So I guess my biggest complaint is the cost. Definitely not an all the time burger stop

This location seems to be good compared to others that Ive been to. The burgers are pretty good. Lots of topping choices. Theyre pretty expensive though. Almost $8 for just one hamburger (no cheese). In-N-Out is right across the street for half the price. As a whole, Five guys is probably only 50% tastier for 100% more cost.

This the worst place to work for. I worked for 5 guys for 4 and a half years. Worked my tail off and aftet being the only general manager in the past 2 years to put in and work out a 2 weeks notice, i was screwed out of money. I would not recomend eating at an establishment that treats their employees so poorly.

Been coming here for years and its just as good as the first time, every single time. It can be a little pricey however. I spend around $15, burger, fries, and drink included. The price is well worth the quality of the food, and I highly recommend stopping by, as you will definitely leave enlightened.

The bun and cheese is where they cheap out and you can tell its crappy Kraft slice cheese with its plastic taste and texture. The bun falls apart even before you bite into it. Also grilled jalapenos means grill them till they are slightly black on outside not just slap uncooked jalapenos on the bun!!!

What can I say about 5 guys that hasnt been said? Their burgers are delicious, owing in part to their use of peanut oil instead of traditional vegetable oil. They allow you to add as many toppings to your burger as you wish, creating little monster burgers. Their milkshakes are also amazing!

A bit pricey for the quality of the meal I had; double cheesburger, fries and a cherry coke. The burger and fries were OK. The Cherry Coke was excellent. The drink machine is one of the newer dispensers with all the flavorings.

Can get a bit pricey for the budget conscious but if you order right (small burger, half order fries, small drink) you can get a really good burger and still a load of fries (we split half order). Their staff is excellent.

We ordered 55 burgers and a variety of toppings and brought them to our office here in Irving. The burgers were delicious! It is hard to make an entire group of 55 happy with a meal but Five Guys did it.

WARNKNG: May be habit forming. This place has the best burgers of ANY chain restaurant. If you need gluten free options, they will put your burger in a bowl or wrap it in lettuce. The fries are ENORMOUS!
