The sign clearly reads OPEN the time is 9:47pm. The door is locked! The young lady comes to the door opens it and says "were kinda closed right now". I asked Oh you closed early? She says yes. I am a Very Faithful customer of Boston Market. Im completely disgusted with the idea that this restaurant closed early just because they wanted to. Ironically as Im typing these words in the parking lot Another customer just walked up to the door and checked only to discover that the door is locked. There is nothing apparently wrong other than the employees just wanted to close. Boston Market ought to be ashamed!

HORRIBLE took twenty minutes to get food Not because anything had to be cooked just one person cutting chicken ummm why.... Five orders of people sitting there waiting and three of us in line. What a mess!! My food sat on the corner for ever ten minutes waiting to get chicken. Needless to say got home and vegetables were cold!! Rotisserie potatoes were hard as bones. Waste of $18 Ugggghhhhh Im sooo disappointed I thought by now this Boston Market would get better but clearly no one from the company reads these comments or does anything about the pitiful service.

What a waste of money. When I got to the front register, the Hispanic lady was rude while taking my order. Once I finally got my order which was ribs and meatloaf. The lady that handed me my order was rude as well. I got back to work and the meatloaf looked like some can-spam. I always eat at Boston Market in my area near Uptown Dallas and Ive never experienced this before. Save your money and rethink going to this location.

The chicken Marsala was flavorful, but a little dry. I am sure it has been sitting around awhile which is typical. Potatoes were creamy with some small chunks which is nice. Veggies were a little over cooked, but not too bad. The cornbread was cold and sweet. I dont like it sweet and cold. Overall, I will go again, but maybe a wrap or a sliced turkey sandwich. Dean

Just went in at 8:50. They close at 10:00. I was told, "Were actually out of all the meats...except some turkey." When I get food here, its ok. But to be out of "all the meats" sounds suspicious over an hour before closing. Poor planning. I just wanted some loaf, and now I gots to drive across town.

Growing up I never liked Boston Market but this is the first time I have had it as an adult and man was it tasty. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick, one thing I noticed though was that there was a worker standing next to the food playing with his phone

This place is amazing! The people are so nice and the food is great. Im never disappointed. They always get my order correct, even when Im being extra and ask for butter or honey. Just keep doing what youre doing because its definitely working. Love you guys.

This is the worst Boston Market. One cashier is so unfriendly and rude! Often times the food is not fresh! I only shop there if Chick-fil-A is too crowded during lunch hour or if Im desperately hungry, which happens every blue moon.

About $11 for food that is somewhere between the quality of fast food and a low end restaurant chain. Wouldnt go out of my way to eat here but its alright once in a while for something different.
