Very rude people working here. Rude during the ordering, and they forgot to include the cornbread. After I got home, I politely called and asked if I could pick up the missing cornbread. They were extremely rude, both on the phone and when I came to pick it up. The first replacement bag of corn bread was soaking wet on the bottom when handed to me, like it had been sitting in water. I asked for a fresh bag, pointing out the soaking wet bottom of the paper bag. The rude employee did not even say a word to me, only handed me another bag, this one dry. After arriving home again, I discovered this "new" cornbread was rock hard, definitely not fresh. I have never in my life been treated this rudely by a fast food place, and I have been to a lot of them. I definitely will NOT be returning. Save yourself the trouble (and attitude), go next door to the McDonalds instead.

I always go to this particular branch, although I have closer branch near our office, Ill take the time drive to this branch because the staff is extremely friendly and the food is always so fresh, not to mention its less hectic than other places. I have never dined in but when I go pick up my lunch I see how the dine in customers are treated and its so welcoming, when a customer has paid for their meal they are asked where they would like to sit and their food is taken to that table, Great Job all around !! Also a Great place if youre looking for healthy options

Over the last 6 months this location has lost value to me. The manager here (an African American woman with lots of hair never has a net over her hair, shes not friendly towards women as much as men, and she never smiles or greets. She seems to be in a bad mood always. But aside from service, the food on the line hasnt been hot in a long time. My husband and I always assume the next time will be better, but no... Its always mildly warm food. Just not as awesome as it used to be 2 plus years ago... At least keep the food hot. Make my $30 dollar dinner worth it for us.

I have had such bad experiences here that I started driving 15 minutes further to the Addison location during lunch. The employees here are rude and have no manners whatsoever. I went through the drive thru once, not a "hello" not a "thank you" no acknowledgement as a person let alone a customer. I didnt have time to drive to the other location during my lunch break and yet again treated poorly. Arrived at 11:10 am doors were locked a woman opens the door and looked at me like I was such an inconvenience. Again. No hello, no acknowledgement, no nothing.

Decent sit down know what to expect restaurant. 4* because the service is better than what you would get a fast food restaurant. You do have a slightly larger bill, but with out the expectation of tipping a server. This location has the competition of McDonalds, a Thai restaurant, Wendys or Mexican food. This is the best value quick choice for this area.

Every time I eat here I think, "This must be how Northerners do Thanksgiving." I enjoy the traditional American fare, but i miss certain Southern expectations (Such as cornbread cooked dark and crisp in an iron skillet. Here the cornbread is barely tanned muffins.) Well, I can deal with that to get some delicious and moist turkey!

On one visit, they ran out of pot pies. Ok, how about 1/4 chicken with Mashers. Nope! Out of mashed potatoes! WTF?!? Shouldve called in the survey and spoke my mind. I go there for healthy food, Love Boston Market, but this location is way too inconsistent. Not sure whos doing the planning.

what a joke. This place is such a mess. Disorganized doesnt even have turkey at lunch time. They are mostly all rude and lazy. This is the second and last time I will ever come here. They just arent quick enough for lunch.

I did not eat here but had a take away and it is a great option to the usual pizza or burgers. We had the meatloaf and turkey and was pretty good, kids loved it.
