The soda machine was almost empty on ALL drinks and they put out un-popular pizzas. When I went to order 2 pizzas for my family, they said 10 minutes and it would be done. After waiting my 10 minutes I went up and asked if my order was done. They looked confused, so then I told them my order again, and they took ANOTHER 10 minutes for my pizza to be cooked. The waitress came and handed me my pizza, but there was only one. I soon went up to the buffet and my PERSONAL PIZZA WAS ON THE BUFFET BAR. 0.00000001/10 Will do everything in my power to never come again.

New place with new decor. Lacks a little on the seating side, but I rate their pizza high on the Cicis scale. Usually busy so fresh pizza comes out all the time. I personally think their $5 pepperoni pizza tastes better than other $5 competitive pizza. They are not pre made, so just call in 5 minutes ahead of time. Headed there now to pick up 2 of them.

The people at the counter should be more cheerful and greeting people than having a bad attitude and smirking all the time. They should look at how to make customers happy rather than shun them away.. The manager and the other people who work there are great! couple bad apples can ruin the experience on the whole.

My entire family feels sick. This place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY and the staff puts forth zero effort to ensure things are sanitary around the buffet area. There was literally cheese from being dropped on pizza was stuck to the cheese and crushed pepper lids. Eat here at your own risk. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Its a smaller CiCis that use to be to-go only. Whether picking up or dining in, the staff is always super polite and helpful. The food is... typical for a CiCis, so as long as you go in with appropriate expectations about the food youre getting, then you should leave happy and satisfied!

The food is amazing and delicious, but an employee had a very bad mood and when I asked for something she would go ahead and do something else. Until I told the manager for the pasta and it was ready! Thats not good service I would come here again but never ask for something.

Clean bathrooms! The salad, pasta, and pizza are always fresh at this location. Theres never a line to order, and its never overcrowded. Polite and friendly staff. Short wait time on specialized or personal pizzas brought to your table.

I cant believe someone said they lost their business because a pizza was not ready and they had to wait 7 min. I like getting a fresh pizza and 7min? That is fast. We get pizza from them all the time and I think they have great service!!

The food is good here but my biggest problem with this location is the seating. It feels very cramped inside and you can tell the space wasnt intended for a restaurant like this. Would not recommend large groups

I think this is one of the smaller cicis Ive dined at,but it was also very well kept and clean and the staff was very courteous. I think maybe be the could of rotated the pizzas quicker .

Ordered a Bavarian dessert pizza to go. Made it home. Opened the box and the pizza was burnt. Really passed off that they thought they could get away with giving out burnt food.
