manager extrwmly rude she saw people in thw fron and walked away. The new cashier was completly lost and struggles to take order the manager saw and she didnt try helping. juat to place an order took 25 min. on top of that while we order saw that the cook did not have gloves on while making the burger. the wall that seperates the coom from the register has an opening for cuatomer to view and with that it seem that the cook struggle juat to make a simple burger. i order the sourdough grill they had to remake it 3 times still without gloves. after 10 min of waiting we got out order but with cold & burned fries. obiviously they DO NOT KNOW what they are suppose to do beside struggling just to make a simple burger they were playing around and laughing knowing they had orders to send out. while they played their drive thru time kept ringing its a shame they dont take their jobs serious, or customera time serious.

I was stopping by in the colony on my way Through traveling, I decided to stop for food finally. Between whataburger and jack in the box, I chose jack in the box because theyve never disappointed. We sat inside the lobby, where nobody greets us or says anything for 10 minutes. We were the only ones in the whole store.... Finally a lady comes walking out and comes to the screen where she blankly stared at us while saying "nothing" and walked out the door to leave. We sat there for another 15 minutes seeing three people in the back refusing to come up to help. This is the worst experience Ive ever had. Terrible customer service. After 30 minutes of waiting we ended up having to go across to whataburger anyway. Do not go here!!!

Worst experience ever, so I pulled in the Drive Thru thinking to my self I hope they dont use a press on my burger! First it took a long time to get someone to take my order I repeated my order like 4 times, for a simple combo order. Paid with a 20 got 2.10 in change back and was missing .3 cents in change, the one taking my money was the manager, I had only 20s in my pocket I told him and he gave me 10 back like if he knew he couldnt get me. I get home my burger was super dry, I called the restaurant they answered after that call dropped called, i got fast busy after that. Very upset with the service.

Jack in the box was one of my favorite fast food restaurants but they are so inconsistent. This location in particular is by far the worst one. They hardly ever get anything right. Starting to think that when they do get your order right it was but accident, seriously. Complaining does nothing but make the manger (Joel B.) mad & he tires to blame their mistakes on you. Well sorry Joel B. if I like my order made fresh and burgers made with no onions & mayo. My kids like their burgers plain & dry. I guess thats hard for them to make or maybe understand. 12/04/2016

Jack in the box used to be one of my favorite fast food places around. They have made a lot of changes to there menu which have had a negative impact on my opinion of there food. They seem to hire Hispanics who dont speak much English as they are always very difficult to understand on the intercom of the drive through, without fail no matter if the screen shows the correct order they mess up something, or even worse forget an item all together. Jack needs to focus more or proper training of its employees & less on reinventing the menu.

The food tastes great, however the service is terrible. I tried to ask what was one certain items and the girl at the front didnt seem to understand a lick of english. I know zero Spanish. Finally, a manager had to come help us. She also never asked me what type of fries I wanted and when I went back to trade my regular fries for curly fries, the new fries were cold. Also the music sucks.

I was very disappointed when I purchased my meal and when I was at the window I told the manager that I do receive the free curly fries and its like she rolled her eyes at me that she was frustrated she had to give me free fries and I just dont think that thats very good customer service especially when the sticker on the window specifically States Txt this number get a free curly fry

Jack in the box is great if you just got off of work late and you need to grab some grub before you go home. They have only messed up my order twice in the several years Ive been going there, and when they did they gave me my whole order plus extras to make me happy. Very clean inside, even at odd hours of the night.

From the time i walked in till the time i left i enjoyed my experience here. Mr. Jackson (the manager) was on point, friendly in a genuine way and made it real comfortable. The crew made great fresh food for a fast food joint. Will come back simply because of the staff!! GREAT WORK YALL.

The slowest jack in the box in the DFW.. I REALLY DONT UNITED WHY..WHAT A BURGER IS RIGHT NEXT door and u can go in and out with a breeze..here at jack in the box u better make sure you have a full tank of gas bcuz u will be sitting for a while.. THIS SUCKS!!

Every time I come in the morning after work between 2am-4am they tell me they cant take my order because "the system is updating" how many times do have to update youre system? What a burger is packed because Jack in the box is giving away business!

These fools always mess up the order. even if i go over the order multiple times. Re ask at the window. Take forever. Just plain horrible. Need to stop ruining your franchise with high teenagers

Horrible language barrier! Asked for sausage croissant , the man replied supreme? I said no sausage croissant! This happened 3 times. Got home opened my bag and guess what I got!! Supreme!
